Went to #Panera to grab a quick breakfast before we hit the road... well, we ordered two bagels with cream cheese each and only got one cream cheese. The bagels were hardly toasted and it took them 10 minutes to give us our to go bag. As you can see no knife was provided so I had to spread cream cheese with my finger.. #notfun #messy Only good thing... their chai tea is DELICIOUS! #yum Because of this experience I'm not sure if I'll be choosing #panerabread for breakfast anytime soon. And I'll have to think twice before going to the #edenprairie location. #dissappointed (at Panera Eden Prairie)

Hey Everybody! I wanted to give you all a quick update on why I have been MIA recently... Some of you may know, but my dad was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia on July 15th. We immediately went into the hospital and started chemo. 3 short weeks later he got even sicker and passed away from the leukemia and organ failure on August 11th. In that time all of my health and fitness has gone straight out the window. But that's going to change now. I'm going to get back on track and I'm going to be here for you guys too! Back to work! You all have been so great and I hope to inspire you with some healthy food choices and some quick and easy workouts for you to do from home.
