But HA! Here I am! 🤓 Mockingjay did really start off very slow, but after the first many pages it caught on and I was glued to it until the end of the book! I'd not like to change a single thing about this book! Mind you, this is not a happily-ever-after story. Loved ones are lost either to death or to hatred, hearts are broken and war has killed humanity. It's twisted and dark and gory, but that's life and the current world, ain't it?!😕🌎 The characters are flawed yet perfect, carrying out their roles without fail. The protagonist Katniss is surely one of my new favorite fictional woman character as she is an example of bravery, courage, love and imperfections. So #thehungergames is a big YAS for me! It was the ultimate walk down the memory lane! All our favorite characters from the books were portrayed, which only added to the beauty of the script. Snape oh Snape!😍 But even after the first and the second part, I'm still confused on the identity of the cursed child! Any help, Potterheads? There are more than one character who can probably be the 'Cursed Child' and I'm confused at the moment. Still waiting for @jkrowling to answer that though! But apart from that wonderful. The way the book started off, I never in my brains thought Katniss and Peeta are going to be thrown into the horrendous arena again! I went as nuts as she went( well not exactly), but still I could feel despair. And who knew a single force field could blow on the face of the Capitol?!😂👏🏻👏🏻 But I was really expecting a lot of Peeta- Katniss moments, and at times I'm annoyed because I did feel like she didn't deserve him, apart from the part she was trying desperately trying to keep him alive.
