So that time of month has come where my Degustabox gets delivered for me to sample and review and Mays box which was a “Picnic Theme” and did not let me down in any way shape or form.
So for all of you that don’t know what a degustabox is? It is a food subscription box that gets delivered to you once a month with a surprise mixture of food and drink between 10 and 15 items. These food and drink items are usually new products that are just launching so you get to try them just as they are hitting the supermarkets. The cost of the box each month is £12.99 but if you use my ambassador code you can get your first box for only £5.99 if you use code 7F4HW then click here
This months box was a pure treat! full of naughty things to eat, such as chocolate, sweets, popcorn and snacky things.
First treat which got me super excited was the big chocolate bar from Cadburys Peanut Caramel Crisp. I had one square of this as I am dieting and the boyfriend ate the rest but it was so delicious, best one I’ve tried yet from Cadbury. I had to give it to the boyfriend to stop myself inhaling the entire bar.
Next was the sweets from Millions. The chocolate covered strawberry millions were actually pretty nice but unusual for millions sweets as they don’t usually have chocolate and the sour ones were amazing.
The Hippeas Snacks and Portlebay popcorn were my favourites as I love both of these brands but had never tried the Sriracha popcorn before which was lovely with a nice hint of chilli and the hippeas in herbs we trust are a firm favourite of mine anyway.
The Zeo can of Peach and Grapefruit was a lovely refreshing drink and only 36 calories. I would definitely buy this as it was really nice.
When I seen the Rawbean Coffee Bags you have no idea how excited I was as I am a huge coffee lover and coffee in a bag was just amazing. The coffee was a nice strong coffee and tasted exactly like filter Coffee.
The Homepride flour I have not used yet but I will definitely give it a try to make my own bread that sounds quite exciting and I always love the smell of homemade bread.
The Skinni Wraps were only 90 calories each and they were lovely they made a great snack with some quorn chicken.
The Candy Kittens Gourmet sweets were delicious in sweet pineapple flavour me and my wee boy devoured these.
The crabbies alcoholic Ginger went straight to my boyfriend as I don’t drink alcohol much and he loved it. I have tried it before and do enjoy a nice cold ginger beer.
The cereal Lovers Crunch time Nuggets snacking granola was nice but I felt it had a funny aftertaste but I still enjoyed them as an on the go snack whilst I was accompanying my friend to an early morning hospital visit.
The last thing was the MOMA Bircher Muesli Rasperry and coconut which I had for breakfast with some Alpro chocolate milk, rasperries and coconut collaborative choc pot which was pure beaut.
So overall Mays box was a winner I loved everything in the box and am excited to see what Junes box will bring. So if anyone fancies signing up use my code above 7F4HW which gets you a whopping discount. (please note you can cancel at any time).
