a few nischa headcanons from my ever-growing list of them because i <3 them
noel is a massive theatre kid and since uranium is a very small town and st cassian is an even smaller school noel gets cast in like everything and mischa is always in the audience to every single one of his shows with a whole boutique of flowers each time
mischa taught noel a bit of ukrainian so they could communicate in mischa's native language
there are a lot of days when it's just the two of them (at mischa's house in his basement, in noel's bedroom, the choir room before or after their meetings, it depends) where they will just put on some music and dance with each other! they switch who gets to choose what music they dance to and noel usually either picks some slow, romantic song that may or may not be in french or songs from various musicals he likes (those come with a full performance from him too). when mischa picks, it is such a fucking wild card because he likes every single genre of music ever
they're so physically affectionate it's SICKENING they're constantly touching each other in some way and it's usually subtle but other times one will just be fully putting all of their weight on the other
frequent sleep overs! it's usually at mischa's house because he has a large basement and his parents generally don't care (which makes noel sad, so he always offers to hold the next sleep over at his house. mischa usually says it's fine but he does give in sometimes because noel's mom is very nice). they usually sleep right next to each other but both are so restless and they move around SO much. mischa has woken up with noel fully laying on top of him and noel has woken up with mischa's arm on his face
speaking of sleepovers i think mischa usually sleeps without a shirt on (he always asks noel if it's okay before he takes it off though, he doesn't want to make him uncomfortable ever and he would die if he did) and he's so WARM noel loves cuddling to him normally but especially when he's without a shirt because he's just very warm
matching jewelry. noel gets them matching necklaces like decently soon after they started dating and soon after mischa was DETERMINED to hand-make matching bracelets for the both of them and both of them silently agree to never take off either piece of jewelry
noel broke a bone in his arm once when he was a freshman and the first person he was like "...do you wanna sign my cast?" to was mischa. it was a messy signature but it meant a lot to noel, who had a VERY strong crush on him
