I dunno if anyone still cares but I thought I’d give an update, Mental health wise im lost ? I dunno I just feel like I’m not living in the present, I’ve been dissociating quite a bit and feeling empty

Struggle is real

Some days I don’t leave my bed and shut the world out and stare into nothingness contemplating life 

Other days I’m completely fine and so so happy

But when I’m sad I’m too sad and when I’m happy I’m too happy

there’s no normal days and it sucks
