Can we talk about how Cass is literally Bruce's little girl...
Because yes, I know technically he also has Steph, and she's an honorable member of the Batfam and everyone loves her as if she was actually counted as one of Bruce's kids... But in a way not really. Don't get me wrong I stand by the idea that Bruce is mad when he learns that her and Tim aren't dating anymore because then how's he gonna find a new excuse to keep her around?
But Cass, Cass is Bruce's girl, Like that's his daughter, and even more that's his ONLY girl.
I've been wanting to see more father-daugther dynamics with those two because I don't think anyone is fully exploring all the possibilities with this. Because even when Cass was raised to be an assassin and didn't fully melt with the "normal" way of things until much later, she's still a girl, and yes she's a badass and all but at some point she just had to want to experiment with more normal girl this don't you think?
So picture this, what about Steph helping her out with all that about being more feminine and figuring out new things, but hey! Bruce es suportive and all but hes just a dude, he lost his mother very young and he was mostly raised by Alfred, also no matter how hard he tries, all his parenthood experience is with boys... Until Cass arrive.
I wanna see Cass attending a gala with a super feminine dress as part of her experience discovering herself, and I want to see the press going nuts about it, I wanna see how some of the rich young boys that are also at that gala notice her and try to make a move on her (even when shes absolutely oblivious to it all). I want to see Bruce Wayne going absolutely mental not knowing how to proceed because THAT'S HIS BABY GIRL!
I want Tim, Dick and Damian going all protective brothers with her even when that pisses her off, and I want them being confused because they had never have to worry about things like this before.
I just want to see Cass beating the shit out of a bunch of enemies as if it was nothing and then laughing about it, and fuking Batman is just there nodding and smiling saying "that's my girl" no matter if the Justice League hears him.
Because yes, that's his girl! And he's proud of it!!.
I want to see Bruce learning how to braid hair for Cass and maybe being a bit unfair when it comes with the rest of his kids because he just wants to spoil her...
Yes that's what I want... SO GIVE IT TO ME OR I WILL WRITE IT MYSELF!!!!

Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman (the last two are just there for moral support) Not talking obviously because the Bat really can't hear anything and there is nothing they can do until they arrive to the base
The communicator on the Batmobile starts to call and it automatically responds.
(9 yo Dick's voice ttrwo the communicator): Dad?? When are you arriving home??

Hi guys!!! I have no idea how many of you follow my Marauders story on Ao3 (A Hollow Sky Full of Ash, if you're interested please go read) but this is a small announcement.
I know I said it will be a double update this week and that next chapter will be out on Friday, but Friday it's tomorrow and I still have to edit half of the chapter and I'm also exhausted so the update will be up on Sunday I PROMISE!!!!
