Coming across someone's birthday post on tumblr (when you don't know who they are/can't remember why you follow them) is like when people would start singing happy birthday in the school cafeteria

my prized possession is this loveseat I bought from a divorced dad who couldn’t tell me anything about it and in the years i’ve owned it i’ve never been able to find out who made it or where it came from. it’s got nails and finger creases and palm lines but they’re all kinda hard to see in this pic.

Zeldris glared down at the handcuffs wrapped around his wrist, following the contour of the metal and clearly realizing that except keeping his hands by each other, they weren’t exactly accomplishing anything else. No chain to keep him trapped in the bed or even room, not even an ounce of magic to counteract any magic he could use for his escape. Frowning, he pulled a little against the cuffs, clearly noting how easily he could break them apart if only he decided to do so. He scoffed, the frowning turning to a look of disbelief. “Are these seriously supposed to restrain me?” “Well, I could ask Merlin for some demon sealing chains if that’d make you feel better.”

swat: the locket (demon!street au)

What’s the deal with the locket? What’s he hiding? It’s been days since the confrontation with the suspect, but his words still haunt Luca. It’s gotten to the point where he finds himself studying Street as they do the dishes together. The locket in question is hanging, as always, around the younger man’s neck, glinting slightly in the afternoon sun. He has always just assumed it was some sentimental keepsake, they all have. The locket itself is simple, a slight silver chain holding up a small oval locket made from a... Well, Luca isn’t sure exactly what it’s made of but it’s from the Darklands. He just thought of it as Street keeping a piece of that world with him. He might not have happy memories from his childhood there, but he always spoke fondly of the place itself.

Bake Squad is the most wholesome baking competition show

It's such a feel-good comfort show to me. I wish there were more episodes. Competition? Yes, but none of the sadness. Just supportive and sweet and fun. And the setup is so wholesome too. Like yes let's compete - not for money or prizes - but for getting to have our dessert on someone's special day (and the bragging rights)
