Rules.

2. Character death, it's just that I've never done it and would have no clue how to set it up - I might be trying it in an upcoming story
3. NSFW/non-con/SA, once again I've never written about it before and would have no clue how to set it up, but also I will not write about non-con/SA, it's not in my morals and not something I support or want to Romanticize. But for NSFW, I will have as far as making out, implied, and off-screen, that is as far as I will go
4. Labor scenes, it would make me uncomfortable to write about something so sensitive, I'll go as far as getting to the hospital and after
5. Omegaverse, sorry in some ways I think it can be written well depending on the person, I'm just not one to those people
6. Suicide, sorry I won't write about that kind of sensitive subject
7. I only write character x character, unfortunately I've tried to do character x reader, and it doesn't work for me either I go into writers block, or it doesn't perform well, or it never gets finished
8. I won't write stories where the partner is bullying the other partner, for example: Bridget x Hook, Morgie x Fay, Maleficent x Fay x Hades. I'm sorry, but it doesn't sit right with me
9. Domestic abuse, once again, goes against my morals and trauma, but also I won't write about that kind of sensitive topic
10. At the moment I'm only writing for Descendants, but I will notify when I'm writing for other Randoms

(No need to answer the ask publicly since it's more administrative than fun, but I generally avoid DMing people I don't know since that seems a bit intense.)
Suzanne Collins: I hate the Gale and Katniss romance so I will make sure no one ships them and that everyone ships her and Peeta and also that people dislike Gale
Being out in the woods again feels like a celebration.
Katniss doubts it has something to do with the fact that it’s her birthday, whatever Gale says. She doesn’t really mind though, she can be Birthday Catnip for a day, now that she can walk in her woods firmly and quickly again, and even run a few steps up to Gale and swat his arm for calling her that.
The day is bright and beautiful, as if nature wanted to make her happy too, or at least make up for the last inconvenience.
Gale’s been bringing in decent hauls from the snare line while she was recovering, but Katniss is more than eager to contribute her share again, and sets out along a new game trail in search of something to shoot.
for a long while now, i’ve been struggling with how to handle this. i promised that i would let everyone know if i ever intended to permanently retire this blog, as i know how it feels to get your hopes up for a blog to return only for it to never, and i didn’t want to cause that for anyone else. and i have always & still do intend to keep this promise, but my problem was in wrestling with my still present desire to continue this blog. i’ve never been certain in the decision to end it once and for all, but i’m also deeply aware of my lack of motivation/inspiration that i’d need to make a full return.
basically, i’m saying that i’m making this post for anyone who might be wondering where i’ve been/what’s the future for this blog. i’m sorry to say that i don’t know. i love this blog, i have so much love for everything to do with it & the people who have shared in its existence with me. but the overwhelming need to write (specifically for descendants, but also in general—i don’t remember the last time writing even the shortest story came easy to me like it used to) that i had early on is now only present in rare pangs, which is why i cannot promise a sustained return to this blog any time soon, or possibly ever, as much as it pains me to say. i may pop in once a year with a oneshot fuelled by a spark of motivation, the new descendants movie may inspire me more than i expect, or i may never post my writing here again. i’m sorry that i can’t offer you anything more concrete, but i hope you understand that, like most if not all others writers i’m sure, my relationship with writing can be very difficult & complicated.
i can give you one certainty: i will not be deleting anything, every fic will remain safely on my blog. and i am also not disappearing off the internet entirely. i still use my main blog that this side blog is connected to pretty regularly, and if anyone ever wants to chat about my writing or anything else my asks remain open.

How poetic is it that it's specifically False and Ren going into Hermit Takeover with the MCC crowns? Like, SPECIFICALLY these two. The first two Hermits to ever enter the MCC hall of fame, who proved that Hermits are more than just coin farms for the stronger players, who proved that Hermits and players like them CAN WIN MCC if they're just given the chance. And they're the ones going into the Hermitcraft MCC with the crowns
Do you still think Eloise should end up with Philip? I didn’t read the books but many are saying she is a different character in there and that the two wouldn’t work together. On the other hand, I don’t know how subjective this is because many ship Eloise with Theo and would love for her to marry him instead.
Yeah haha, I think this argument is very weak for a few reasons.
Firstly, Philip is also a different character than in the book honestly—in the book, he is Marina’s husband and father of the kids, but in the show, he steps up for his brother and only marries Marina in name. So that argument is very short sighted and nonsensical.
Honestly, if they had Saphne end up together despite That, Philip shouldn’t even be a concern even if he was identical to his book counterpart, and he’s not! I’m intrigued to see what they do to him in the show, because it’s a Beauty and the Beast retelling, but I think it’s less of an active beast and more of a passive one where he’s been so abused and traumatized in his life that he checks out mentally and emotionally from everything. That aspect I think they can and should keep, and hopefully will. (It also would be nice to see a male MC who isn’t a rake; in fact since he and Marina are married only in name so far, I’m wondering if he may be entirely inexperienced, which would be a good change for the show.)
I also don’t get the Theo craze. He was cute but almost all Bridgertons have had a prior love interest before their love story takes center stage. Anthony with Siena, Benedict with..: many people, Colin with Marina, Francesca with John. These loves are varying levels of true, but they aren’t the endgame in the story told. Theo was that for Eloise. He was cute and I liked their story, but it was like only a few minutes of screen time and hasn’t been mentioned since. Even then, the main fallout wasn’t Eloise missing Theo but her break with Penelope. It was never a main thing and I don’t understand the craze or people believing it has even a slight chance of being endgame.
Also this is all a moot point, since the showrunner stated she is ending up with Philip just this past week.
