Once I dreamed...

Dreams I have actually had written as acuratly as I can remember them.

my dreams are now au self insert stormlight fanfiction

I was in this house with all of my traveling companions and I think we’d just gotten back from like a “battle” or whatever

I realize that my traveling buddies are Stormlight characters

Like Shallan, Adolin, Lopen, Renarin, Kaladin… I think my bestfriend and her bf were there too?

Anyway we were at Shallan’s dad’s house. But in my dream he wasn’t dead. He was really just a slightly insane hermit and his house looked like idk a house from our world. Just a house. He had put a bunch of mattresses into one room for us all to sleep in. And this room had a lofted section and there were four  mattresses up there and like 4 more on the ground. 

Moving on 

I ran into Kaladin in the hallway while I was doing laundry and we were talking

And I asked him how he was doing and I told him it was okay if he said he wasn’t okay. I wouldn’t pry if he didn’t want me to I just wanted to know how he was actually feeling 

And he was like I think I’m ready to be in a relationship now if you are

And I was like oh my gods yes!

Then he like picked me up and hugged me and I remember it being really tight and safe feeling and I thought wow he’s super strong how is my dream simulating that so well? 

Then I was like okay but Kal how are you actually feeling?

And he looked at me and said I’m with you now so I’m fantastic

And I was like lol how cheesy

Then Shallan walked up and was like *gasp* y’all are finally dating?!?!

AND THAT’S WHEN IT HIT ME I’m date Kaladin Fricking Stormblessed my best friend will never let me hear the end of this. 

Then Kal and I went and sat on our bed and I read him Mistborn and tried to explain to him that he was a book character

Whis I would have dreams like that, but sadly, tonight I dreamt that my dog was a pope

Inception pt 2

In Inception Maybe I dreamed I rolled down the hill into a new dream

this is the new dream

I found myself in my grandparents attic room with my childhood best friends. It was the weekend of my grandfathers birthday so all 6 of his children were gathering to celebrate. 

But my friends and I were in the renovated attic just hanging out. 

Em had put on this dress she used to wear a lot when she was younger except it was super worn so it had holes in it so we convinced her to change into this super cute top that was supposedly a replica of a top worn by Pam from the Office

After that Abs and I were cuddling and I feel asleep 

When I woke up they had all gone outside 

I put on this black dress and my glasses. Apparently I need glasses in this dream. 

I walked down stairs to find the bathroom before I go outside to join my friends

I ran into this random stranger who was moving his stuff out and he laughed at me for wearing a dress 

I gave him a mocking curtsy and then swished away

I finally made it to the bottom floor and met my uncle while he was bringing in his kids stuff

So I ran into the room with the raccoon wall paper to see all the little cousins and Evers poked my nose instead of giving me a hug

My uncle came in and gave me a hug and picked me up like I was a small child again and told his kids he remembers when I was their age and he thinks i’m shaping up to be a cool aunt one day 

Then he left and my mom was like why are you wearing glasses and I was like because I need them...

And she was like but you were never able to wear them when you were younger and I think that was because of your sensory processing issues. The glasses always overwhelmed your sense with the frames blocking some of your view and touching your face and head and I think that just really overwhelmed you. Are you okay?

And I’m just in shock because since when has mom cared or thought about my sensory issues? 

And she’s like I just want Evers to be educated on these kind of things. 

So that happened.

I walked outside and saw two of my aunts, a different uncle, and a random girl all practicing how to sing happy birthday

I found my friends but got a splinter in my foot on my way over which was oddly detailed for a dream

My friends were all playing guitars and ukuleles and singing songs 

Lauren was there for some reason and she almost shot my cousin in the back with a bow and arrow

I took my glasses off in exasperation and woke up

Inception maybe?

I dreamed I was back in highschool and I walked up to a group of guys and we were talking and joking around when suddenly I was like oh my gosh y’all were in my dream last night

and Charlie is like no way you were in mine!

So I start telling them about the dream ((Enrique NO! if you’d like to go read it))

And after I’m done Sam goes Kathy you’re weird. 

Then Lauren walks up and is like did you guys hear that Mr. S got divorced and married the woman he was having an affair with?

And I’m like woah what no way

We spend like 20 minutes just standing there talking about that 

Then I’m suddenly in this farm house in a meadow that my brain told me was on the back of the highschool property. My brain also tells me that this is where the recently divorced Mrs. S is living with her kids

So I’m just walking around this empty house and I see Jo (Mr. and Mrs. S’s son) sitting in the back yard on a tree stump

And I’m like cool cool cool logically run outside and pretend not to see him while I frolic and pick flowers 

Then I trip and roll all the way down the hill and into an entirely new dream that has zero relation to this one

Enrique NO!

I dreamed that a bunch of people I knew from highschool were going to the college I just dropped out of and I was still going there too 

So we’re all at this school and at first it was a little weird cause I didn't know what to do with them but then I figured out that they just wanted me to say hi to them and talk to them if I passed but they didn't really want me to join their group and I was like okay seems reasonable

Then we went on this field trip thing that had all these high school people, me, and my best friend

And her dad was the chaperone

So we were all sitting in this hotel room thing and I was squished between her and Mat and on the other side of Mat was Chris

Her dad was making us listen to this podcast on like evangelism or something idk

He told us to take a 5 minute break and that’s when my best friend and I discovered that the entire room was infested with spider

So her dad evacuated us into the conference room down the hall and called a team to come purge the room

He told me I was in charge but this other girl started giving directions so I got up in her face and I said I'm sorry but who was left in charge? The 10th grader who isn't supposed to be on this trip or me?

and she glared at me and then strutted away

Inside I'm like I was so rude I shouldn't have done that I mean she clearly didn't know what she was doing but that's okay we could have just let her continue but it's too late now

So we're all sitting in this conference room playing with trains when suddenly we're at an aquarium the chaperone, my best friend’s dad, owns for some reason

and there's this little baby seal that got taken out of its tank by some kids

So I'm trying to rescue it and her dad is just yelling Enrique no!

I don't know why

And then my best friend remind me I need to buy a Christmas card for my dad but instead I buy bubbles and hit Mat over the head with the bubble container

I made pancakes! I love you!

Once I dreamed I was living with my best friend from high school, Laurie. 

I had some friends over and I was making them chocolate chip pancakes. 

Laurie was bringing in groceries and I stopped to help her carry some in. 

We then sat on the couch for a second so that she could catch her breathe cause she’d been going none stop all morning and I was like hey do you want some chocolate chip pancakes?

And she laughed and was like haha do you want me to make you some chocolate chip pancakes, Kathy?

And I was like No look I made some! Have some! 

Then she got up off the couch with a sign and headed towards the bathroom and was like okay Kathy I’ll make some. Give me a minute to rest first. 

And I was like No! I made pancakes! There’s enough for everyone! Laurie, I love you! 

Then suddenly I was locked on the balcony with a random book character talking about the hot girls we meet at church.

I’m the father

Once I dreamed SH got pregnant and I was the father. 

We were on the campus of my high school but all of the staff homes looked like they were buildings made in the 1880s instead of the 2000s. 

SH was staying in the upstairs apartment of one of these houses and she called me and I came right over because she sounded stressed. 

When I got there she told me she was pregnant but wasn’t sure who the father was. It could one of three guys or me.  

And then suddenly she was full term and going into labor even though she was at like 3 weeks 15 minutes ago. 

She had the baby and I was there holding her hand the whole time and then she handed the baby to me and was like you’re the father K. 

And I was like damn right I’m the father I’m going to be the best father ever. 

I gave the baby back and went out of the room for a minute. I ran into JL in the hallway and she asked me how SH was. I updated her on the baby and proudly told her they were both happy and healthy. 

Then JL asked me if we had ever figured out who the father was and I looked at her like she was crazy and said Me. Duh. 

And she was like oh yeah makes sense. 

I then walked into the dining room and shared the good news with my roommates and then we walked up to the main campus to return some books where we got divebombed by some black birds. 

I returned to SH and took care of the baby for a little while. 

It peed on me and when I tried to use a rag to clean up this old lady yelled at me and told me I had to clean up using a rod. 

Then I was super frustrated and people kept trying to feed me ice-cream.

Kaladin Stormblessed Dies

Once I dreamed Kaladin Stormblessed died and I had to tell Bridge Four. 

I did and they were like ah no big deal

I was freaking out because yeah it was a big deal. 

Kaladin freaking Stormblessed just got turned into wood by Amaram and I’m the only one freaking out?!

Paul Rudd Tests my Driving Skills

Once I dreamed I was driving CW’s car. 

Her breaks aren’t super good right now so in the dream I try to stop and end up rights on someone’s tail. 

I didn’t actually hit them but there was barely any air between the two cars. 

And then Paul Rudd gets out of the car and he is pissed!

He comes up to the window and demands to know if I’m a good driver. 

I don’t know who was in my passenger seat but they’re like yeah K’s a good driver!

And Paul Rudd is like then prove it! 

So he dares me to drive down the highway with Hannah Montana in the car while we listen to her songs at top volume.

I Quit

Once I dreamed our program director made us change roommates. 

I didn’t change rooms but my two roommates who I adore had to move into triad 2s room with MH. 

They were replaced with DH, SW, and DH’s friend.

I realized they were my new roommates and I looked at my old roommate CW and was like I can’t do this this is bad 

And she was like I know but it’s going to be okay calm down

And I started hyperventilating and having a panic attack 

Then I saw our program director and I walked right up to him looked him straight in the eyes and said I quit.

I’ve been cutting chocolate wrong my entire life.

Once I dreamed Al and I were cheering our other roommate on while she was in an ice skating race. 

Al was on the treadmill while she watched.

NA was there and JS and LM and a bunch of little kids that I think I was supposed to be watching

And then I got this TINY car

It looked like a toy car you get for your kid at Walmart but it was legit and it barely fit me and it had room for one passenger

Emmy and I were driving with me to the DMV where we met my dad.

For some reason when everyone there saw my car they all started singing Frozen and I was like haha I am a god of Chaos!

Then I locked my car even though someone could literally pick it up and walk away if they wanted too.

AND IT WAS A CONVERTABLE so what was the point of locking it! 

Then we were driving again trying to get home before the storm came.

My license plate fell off half way there. 

We made it to my grandparents and I was helping these kids get situated

Aunt S and I were talking and she’s like have you told your parents you’re pregnant yet?

And I was like no because it’s not possible for me to be pregnant because I haven’t had sex!

She was like K you don’t have to lie to me. It’s okay. I’m a little disappointed but you messed up and you have to deal with the consequences let’s move on and start preparing for your baby. We can take baby classes together!

And I’m like DUDE I don’t feel pregnant! I think the doctor was wrong! I have not had sex! IT IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE

Then we coo over how Aunt S is starting to show a little bit of a baby bump. 

Then Uncle Ben busts in and is like I think we’ve been cutting chocolate wrong our entire lives.

Kill all of the Artists

Once I was at church and it was packed full of people.

I was like woah covid where are yall’s masks?

I found my cousin and her whole family which was really strange because one they never go to church and two they are super covid conscious. 

So that was weird but I had a really nice conversation with my Aunt. 

Then the purge was announced.

They were trying to only kill all of the artists so I hid. 

I ended up at my other Aunts best friend’s house and she was helping me hide. 

The death count kept going up. 

The dream ended with a Prophecy about bringing artists back to glory.

Harry Styles is Back Baby

Once I dreamed I gave this epic speech. 

It was like that moment in Into the Spider-Verse where Miles’s Dad is like I see this spark in you it’s amazing! 

While I was giving the speech I was doing this really amazing dance through the air with paint and stuff. The only way I can explain is picture that bit in Ready Player one where they’re dancing in the spherical bar and they dance in the mid air but add in Big Hero 6 Honey Lemon’s chemical squishy stuff with fun colors. 

That was what I was doing while I gave my epic dad speech. 

And somehow that speech helped this random girl get into art school. 

Then I walked over to this bar/club and my roommates were like LOOK KIT KAT WE OPENED A CLUB and I was like woah I left you alone for 2 days...

One roommate had also dyed her hair magenta.

They showed me around the whole club and it was packed with people. 

Then I got a call from my parents saying that some dignitary in Spain had died and we had to go to the funeral. 

So we got on one of those huge planes with two floors and we were sitting on the second floor which I thought was soooo cool.

Mom then started complaining about having to use plastic cups so I had to go find her paper cups.

But the only place there were paper cups was was in this conference room on the first floor. 

So I pretended to be an attendant so that I could get in the room and get the paper cups. 

Then while I was grabbing so Harry Styles walks up and is like did you’re mom want paper cups too? Moms am I right? and we laughed and rolled our eyes at our mothers and went on our merry way. 

I also have a note here saying “King Richard was okay that everyone was being mean to Prince John” but I don’t know how that relates to the dream.

I Shot my Best Friend and Do the Coolest Flip of My life

Once I dreamed I had shot Cas and I had just remembered it. 

I couldn’t remember why I shot him. I remember being super mad. I know he lived. And I remember running away after I shot him.

Em was texting with Cas because she was bored

I hadn’t talked to him in months.  

Nobody would give me straight answers about why I shot him or the events leading up to shooting him which I also couldn’t remember. 

My cousin and I had this magical door that was portable and paired to each other. We could take them where ever and I could walk through and be where she was or she could walk through and be where I was. 

So she invited me to the beach with her to distract me from my problems.

Then there was this huge thunderstorm and I ran to the hotel we were staying at and got in bed with my friend Emmy. 

In the morning Emmy was wearing this stunning purple dress from the 50s and she looked really cute. 

For some reason I decided to get in the shower while still wearing my favorite sweatshirt and half way through I realized it wasn’t nice to my sweatshirt to get it wet so I took it off. 

Then as I was getting out of the shower I realized the towels were made of plastic and totally see through which concerned me quite a bit. 

I then realized my family owned the hotel so I went in the back yard and saw that it had snowed so I helped my dad move the snow into one area to make a thick bed of snow prefect for skiing on. 

Whilst helping I almost wrecked dads garden and as recompense my dad made me put on rain boots and attempt to move all of the ice out of the garden. 

After that I went inside to help this random lady pick out some clothes but I suddenly didn’t have pants on so I had to go put some on before I helped her. 

Then she started yelling at me to come right this second because she wanted me to see the clothes she’d tried on. So I’m running while pulling my pants on and I sprint into the parking lot to find her and I’m about to hurdle over this little barrier when the dream glitched and I missed the jump and my shins hit the barrier and I start going face down into the concrete. But in a burst of magical dream stuff I pull off the coolest recovery of my life and somehow do this crazy flip twist and land on my own two feet. 

And get this! NOBODY SAW! I just pulled off the coolest thing ever and nobody even saw it. 

I was so pissed

The lady was just like do these pants look good

And I was like bruh I just did a freaking flip and I almost died

But yes the pants look fabulous on you darling.

Compliment your Boys

Once I had a wild ass dream

I was in this hotel/school thing

and people from a lot of different schools would drive in on the weekends and we'd have classes together and then go back to our original school

A bunch of guys from my senior class were there

and then some random dudes from church

and my cousins

and some other girls from my senior class

idk it was a random collection of people

but I saw Mat and remembered this tumblr post I saw that was like compliment guys they don't get complimented enough and so I was like Yo Mat you look really good, I like your outfit.

and he didn't know what to do with that and I just walked away

and then I saw Bled and I was like HEY How're you?! and gave him a big hug

and then I just walked around and said hi to people

and at some point I was mistaken for someone else and they experimented on me and I had the ability to shoot lighting bolts out of my hands

except it didn't work right so I could only create a visible line of electricity (like a tazer) between two fingers

it felt like knives were trying to break out from under my skin every time I did it 

and I was showing people and trying to show that I could do this thing they were like so what big deal

and I was like UUUUUH 

I was then helping Bled take his stuff out to his truck (idk why it was a truck he drives a corolla) and he took my hand and I accidentally shocked him and I drew back but he took my hand and was like try and hurt me

and I was like no

and he was like give it everything you have

and idk why but I did

I tried super hard to electrocute his hand and I know what ever I did had to hurt but he didn't pull away

and he was like see I can handle it

and then he gave me a big hug and kissed me and then drove away

and then I went and started training in my power but never got better at channeling it

I could only every create the sparks

I Adore Helping People

Once I dreamed I was at a random school helping them clean up their stage and backstage.

The stage was HUGE. It was like half a football field.

And I was running around enjoying all the space and all the resources and telling people what to do.

I went over into the left wing and there was this giant river running through it because the school was underground and there had been so much rain recently an underground river had formed. 

And Joshua was like K what’re you going to do about it?

And I was like uuuh nothing? This is cool. If we follow the river down we have a back escape route. It leads straight to a town.

Then all of the people were playing in the river and the surrounding area and Sean showed up and I wanted to go talk to him but Matlak and Sean’s mom started talking to me and I had to help them find this girl.

I found the girl and she asked me to help her with this thing and I was like of course why wouldn’t I help!

Then I was cleaning up the backyard of my cousins house and I was talking to her dad.

I walked into their living room and her and her mom were trying on their wedding dresses and for some reason the dresses were nearly identical. It was weird.

Then I was backstage at the theater from the beginning looking for my best friend.

I decided to follow the river to this grocery store and he was inside looking at bleach.

And I ran up and gave him a big hug and he told me about how he was going to bleach his hair so that it was white/platinum.

Then he asked me to walk him to where he was getting it bleached.

Afterwards I almost got hit by a car on the road and then I ran home and listened to this girl belt Defying Gravity on the sidelines of the flag football tournament taking place in my grandparents backyard.

I have a Panic Attack at Hardee’s

Once I dreamed I was riding in this car listening to my friend Isaac hang out with his friends in the back seat. 

Then we got out and went to Hardee’s and I walked up behind Isaac and gave him a hug and we held hands and walked around side by side but I panicked and was like this is too much I don’t want this. It feels like we’re dating. I don’t want that. 

So I purposefully tripped and fell and had Morgan help me up.

Isaac then stopped talking to me and I had to order food alone but I’ve never been to Hardee’s so I didn’t know what food to get and the menu was very confusing and I freaked out. 

Then this HUGE storm came and dad and I watched it roll in.

Then my entire senior class tried to pile into this mini van.

And Fiona told Han she was pregnant and Han fainted and Yoli slapped him. 

And Fiona and Kaylin we’re talking about how if the baby wasn’t a boy she’d get an abortion and that really scared me.

Then I was this perfect little Disney princess and I spent the rest of the dream trying to get my perfect makeup, hair, and dress to go away and in the process I almost got eaten by a dog.
