At the library to do homework and article readings. I love going to the library. In fact, my local library got renovated last year and it’s really nice. Aside from noisy children, old people not knowing about ‘personal space’, and people not turning off their loud phones, it’s a great place to study.

It’s alright cuz I got my Chai Boba Tea, water, fruit for snacks, and music to get me through today.

Also I really need to eat so I treated myself with Starbucks! Iced matcha lemonade and a protein box.

Spring Break! I’m happy to be on break but there is no rest for me yet. During this time I will have to:

1. Reach Chapter 8 of Health Psychology

2. Finish Journal Article Reviews 2 and 3

3. Finish Current & Future Directions in Health Psychology Essay

- I personally struggle with writing. Always have. But I think I’ve found a way to help me organize my writing by coming up with questions and then finding the answers. By ‘answers’ I mean finding evidence that supports my claim but also the answer to the question that I asked. I think I’m gonna call it the Q & A Outline 😁

4. Take notes on past chapter readings

Also now that I’m on spring break, I need to get back into doing the things I used to enjoy such as painting and playing video games. Growing up, I loved playing Sonic the Hedgehog video games because they were such a HUGE comfort to me. Plus, he’s a blue hedgehogs that runs faster than the speed of sound. Not to mention the video game OST’s of the Sonic the Hedgehog games are 💣

But I’m still addicted to Fall Out Boy!

Here I am at my towns library, reading journal articles for an essay, just minding my own business when a stupid kid jumps out of nowhere and scares the living shit out of me.

I don’t understand why but I have this stupid need for stuff to be perfect. But of course that’s not possible. I keep rewriting my notes for my Health Psychology for chapter 1 in our textbook for the class and I haven’t ready any of the other chapters assigned for class.

Last month, I spoke to my counselor about this issue. First it was writing my notes (writing in pencil but then got angry because the letters weren’t consistent and I hate smearing), then i decided to type my notes (then again I’m a slow typer and lost my patience), now I’m back to writing my notes but in pen. Not to mention I’m still not sleeping at night well. I keep tossing and turning in my bed, just trying to fall back asleep. This honestly sucks.

I also keep watching Batman movies on repeat and this time it’s The Batman (2022). It’s so good.

I’m tired 🥱

Today was a bit of a busy day cuz I’m still sick 😷 I went to Art Appreciation class, then got home ate and did a bit of homework. Got ready to go to my Intro to Archaeology class but didn’t go because I didn’t finish my summary of my portion of the reading for my groups argument mapping and I got really anxious about presenting it to the whole class. I’m really mad at myself for missing that class because lately I’ve been doing well on attending class and not letting my anxiety consume me😦 So I’ll have to get notes from someone.

Then I had to go to work and it was chill. Now I’m home and doing more homework and watching/listening to The Mummy (1999) 🍿
