it's wild how many candidates are using AI to answer questions and are unable to come up with their own responses. It's surreal to be on the phone with someone and having to wait for chatgpt or whatever to form a response and they'll read it word for word in the flattest tone imaginable. we're not hiring the AI we're trying to hire you!!!
