I think it is extremely hilarious that Eremika shippers think the cabin scene is so romantic. To me it shows that Mikasa never really got what Eren was truly like. She thinks that Eren would be perfectly fine with abandoning Paradis and everyone else he cared about especially Armin to be slaughtered in a war just because she said she was in love with him. If Eren did that he would be devoured with guilt for the rest of his life. Eren was horrified by the fact that he had to do the Rumbling, but he would feel worse if he did nothing. To me it shows that Mikasa didn’t really love Eren, but she loved an idealized version of him that she created in her mind.

Casual observation from someone old enough to remember: in the year 2000 financial advice was that rent should be no more than 1/4 of your income.

After all, rent costs more than a mortgage, so it should offer more too.
