My username comes from a field trip in 5th grade to a nature preserve where we were learning about how streams naturally wind and meander, which slows down the water flow, and my favorite teacher joked with me that if I had a nature name it would be Meandering Stream because I’ve always been one to stop and smell the roses (and then probably go back for the daffodils, tulips, carnations, and honeysuckle as well). Years later I’m still a wanderlusting, procrastinating dreamer, and I rather like the name. I also joined AO3 under the same username. . . . A Few of my Favorite Things

I get what you mean but Phil’s said that Dan’s gremlin face is when he’s the happiest so I think it’s always been a way to show that he loves him
I totally get what you mean, and your right but I was thinking more of Japan level pictures. You know the ones where they take and it looks like the picture was meant for their eyes only. So when we do get pictures like that we see a glimpse of what the other one looks like through their eyes. There is a quiet simplicity yet there so devastating all the same. I don't think we're ready for these type of pictures but there is a possibility. Just saying.
If Phan is real who would they joke about divorce so much???? Not bf behaviour they CLEARLY hate each other and everyone who believes otherwise is delusion!!!!!
i KNOW that the body worship goes so hard in that phedroom. especially dan to phil. he can never help talking about how soft phil’s skin is and how fat his ass is, imagine what he’s like when they’re not on camera
one of the most significant piece of phext (phan text) of our times is the person that said that dan and phil will take on any role in order to have a Dynamic. a point that is sorely missed in any serious analysis that puts one of them in a box in relation to the other
WELLL ok so i do fully believe him for what he says he feels now about jealousy... i think there is zero insecurity at all between them though he DOES occasionally play it up in a playful self-aware persona way that people on here can't differentiate from real jealousy leaking through the cracks and so i can see why he had to hold everyones hands for a moment and walk them through the sitch like it was their first time seeing human interaction. BUT..... his relationship to jealousy is obviously not the same as it was in the past and that's ok for him to not be open and direct about 🤷♀️ but it doesn't make it not true. we have no way of getting actual insight into their relationship security over time but i don't think old school jealous dan acted that way because he thought phil could leave him (note his own differentiation in the video between wanting something someone else has, and being afraid you're going to lose something). but i can't imagine what it would be like to be young and not just in love but in a severely codependent relationship for a decade plus where you are thrust into every public situation with your partner thinkable and can never, EVER "claim" them skdjfjdkf like. it's too sad.... it must have been quite strange and there's no real protocol or role model to look to for that which can be said about much of dnp's life and career but. it's still sad.... and dan is such an open book about his emotions he's incapable of hiding them and maybe he doesn't classify what he used to express as "jealousy" because he never felt he was in a position where he would LOSE phil but what he was expressing was quite visible to all of us.
also back at the beginning of the comeback one of my favourite things to talk about was how basically all of the react content and even just going over their memories in random vids was being done in a very purposeful way to subtly "reclaim the narrative" in a way they were never able to have ownership over before, while moving through their closeted careers in like constant upheaval and uncertainty and damage control mode. and dan's explanation of "jealous dan" reminded me a lot of that early comeback pattern; what he's saying is true, but what he's saying it for remains interesting
