New York Times released an article bragging how Ukranian government (with the help of USA/NATO no doubt) manipulates and abuses Russian children into commiting crimes for them:

Teenagers are recruited through Telegram, WhatsApp, and even video game chats, lured by quick earnings.

Children are given tasks disguised as "geolocation games" or offered to "get paid for photos of police cars."

Flyers with QR codes of Ukrainian recruiters are found in schools in Russian towns.

Thus Russian teenagers are coerced to set fire to equipment, railways, and buildings. Example: three schoolboys in Novosibirsk were tasked with setting fire to a Su-24 but only managed to burn grass near the plane. All three were convicted of sabotage.
