Lilith's eyes in older art look a lot like Roo's. the hair shape too (which Eve kinda has as well now)
and the fact they hide specifically her eyes in the show
it almost looks like Roo is slowly taking over Lilith, and it shows through her eyes
here they're like Adam's, still human looking minus with unnatural irises
in the first design most of us saw her with, they're starting to become like Roo's
then ofc, the fully red and white ones mentioned before and seen above.
i think Roo is probably Charlie's bio mom, i mean, just look at the hand
but it does bring into question for me how much Lucifer knows of this.
cause Lilith would technically be a sinner by the time they decided to make Charlie, and sinners cannot procreate (another point to Lilith not being Charlie's bio mom). Roo is... something else, so maybe there was some sort of trade off between Roo and Lilith or both Lucifer and Lilith with Roo. either Roo wanted a kid for some reason (likely being some sort of power related thing) and tricked Lucifer by taking over Lilith, or Luci and Lili wanted a kid for some reason (there's probably better beings to ask this of than Roo so.. i have doubts that it's this route but maybe. i'm putting it out there anyway).
Roo was involved when charlie was really small too. so i also wonder how much did Charlie even know the real Lilith? how much of it was her? this other being was clearly swapping in and out of Lilith's life in some way, as young Charlie has pictures and in-show moments with both from a young age.
either Roo is contained inside of Lilith, or she is purposefully possessing her for some reason
if Lucifer was aware of this and did not tell Charlie, that is definitely going to be a conflict... like "you're adopted!" but worse.
if Lucifer didn't know someone was pretending to be his wife, then that's gonna be a thing too, but at least the tension wouldn't be between Lucifer and Charlie. they'd be on each other's side.
thought about this again and realized maybe she didn't count as a sinner, since she didn't die before entering hell, so she could be Charlie's bio mom.
she was cast away while still living her "first life" technically, but it really depends on when they decided to have Charlie.. cause i'm sure the first humans the lifespan maybe was longer since they were also larger and stuff (meaning how they were built was a little different than modern humans), but she would still have a lifespan... we just don't know what that is, but just saying that it is probably longer than we'd assume by default
