It’s not always just sitting still and relaxing. taking a walk in nature is a form of meditation! painting is a form of meditation! listening to music and doing nothing is a form of meditation. anything that gets you out of your head and into a relaxed state is meditation!

play that memory game on your phone, where you have to look at the cards or objects and remember where they were located!
set the intention to receive messages through dreams.
