I listen to a lot of people talking abt disturbing shit found on 4chan and a lot of readings of scary stories from 4chan’s /x/ board

Most of the people you see making videos abt 4chan talk abt how bad the ppl on site are, so i decided why not see what all the fuss is abt and honestly they way over exaggerated this shit

Literally 99% of the shit you see is normal shitposting, naked ppl, and ppl talking about hating themselves

So basically just like any other social media app but with a lot more anime pictures and some weird (mostly) site-specific terminology

Uhg I wanna look into me/cfs because I’ve been experiencing something that could be mild pem for a long time but I don’t know if my symptoms are bad enough to fit the diagnostic criteria so I don’t want it to seem like I’m watering down a debilitating condition

most recently I went to a baby shower and so far every day since then I’ve been in pain and my thinking has been slow and I’ve been insanely fatigued like I haven’t been leaving my room unless I have to eat because I’m too tired for getting up or dealing with people and I realized that that’s probably not normal but also maybe it could be contributed to utis and ear infections because I get those all the fucking time or me masking for too long or it being close to my period and it’s making me more tired or maybe it’s burnout or maybe depression honestly I’m so physically and mentally fucked up it could be blamed on anything

I just feel like this isn’t bad enough to be me/cfs but is too bad to be normal chronically ill and neurodivergent fatigue

Hey, so PEM isn’t “only the worst of the worst”. Just so you, and everyone else knows. And saying “I don’t know if it’s bad enough” neither takes away your reality or makes it less important. People who are mild don’t take away anything from severely disabled people, just how severely disabled people aren’t at fault for people on the mild end not being believed.

For context I have severe ME. I am currently bedbound from it.
