ah, the familiar feeling of being kinda hungry but also being in enough pain that the idea of getting up cooking and cleaning everything up after just sounds like more effort than its worth. and chances are even if you tough it out and cook something, the pain will be severe enough that you won't even be able to actually eat whatever you made when it's done. hooray.

#chronic pain issues but also period havers can relate heavy with this #idk if i wanna get up and eat something or just wallow in bed with a heat pack on my stomach or just try to sleep it off #im eyeing up my very limited supply of pain meds and wondering if its bad enough this time to dip into my stash or just tough it out #doctors hate giving me prescriptions for pain meds so usually if it gets BAD im forced to waste 5 hours in an emergency room #answering the same rotation of questions again and again getting the same tests done again and again #all in the hopes they'll give me something stronger than acetaminophen #while feeling guilty that im taking up their time + a bed when there's people with actual emergency medical needs all around me #bro just give me a fast pass at this point they've seen me there like a dozen times over the last 2 years alone i dont need the diagnostics #this sucks but at least i can complain about it #i love the american healthcare system btw. its so great and excellent and very efficient. haha.#personal

For those who don't know: Ikumi Nakamura is the woman who was senior artist on Bayonetta, and designed the titular character along with Hideki Kamiya.
