Rather a nightmare, than this.
Each night I dream up universes,
Where we are still entwined
Under blankets of anonymity.
No need to think, no unsurity.
Each night I fall asleep,
Hoping to see you in the worlds unknown.
Only to be dissapointed by myself,
And my heart, no longer my own.
It's not like I can blame anyone,
You were right in your place.
We were but strangers, never knowing each other
Divided by this boundary in our shared space.
Now you are far away, uncontactable.
Your presence still something I crave for,
You touch still something of a fable,
Something I want, something I still long for.
