2 cups of cooked rice (preferably day-old rice) 2 eggs 1/2 cup of frozen peas 1/2 cup of diced carrots 2 green onions, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sesame oil Salt and pepper to taste
○ Preparation:
1. Prepare the Eggs: Beat the eggs in a small bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Cook the Eggs: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
3. Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the diced carrots and frozen peas, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
