N2SHAPE provides programs for people that cannot make exercise part of their life. Exercise does not have to be grueling or something you dread. No matter what your age or shape are, you will feel successful and invigorated after your session with N2SHAPE. Our clients don't dread workouts but they look forward to them. Our job is to keep you coming back and that each session you are feeling better than the one before. Not only will you have the expertise, support & attention of your personal trainer but also from other clients that will be just like you - desiring to get N2SHAPE and improve their health & well being one session at a time. Despite scientific research lack of exercise is a risk factor for heart disease (the #1 killer), twice as deadly as obesity and is a major cause for both cancer and diabetes. Without regular appointments and left on our own, eighty percent of the US population will not exercise. The most educated are our best customers as they have read the research and know that they will live a longer and more quality life with exercise. They hire us to design a program that works for them based upon their needs, schedule and budget. Our programs are offered at our facility in Tysons Corner, in your home or at your worksite.
