Ya know....#extraskin sucks. Anyhow. #insanitymax30 and #turbofire and I tried out another #piyo #workout. Piyo was easier than I thought. Don't get me wrong my legs felt it but I didn't break much of a sweat. Probably the one I did wasn't too hard....we shall see. #motivationmonday yall. You see that extra skin on my side and back? I'm not a fan of it. But it's the result of my hard work. I am trying my hardest to be okay with it but I'm not gonna lie. I'm SOOOO READY to have my next surgery to remove the rest of my #extraskin mainly so I can see what my #physique looks like with this gone. The last surgery removed 2.5lbs of skin just from the front. I bet there's that much and more left. So this has come full circle because it's my motivation now to get in the best possible shape before my next one. I feel weird posting this....but this is what #keto has done for me. I started keto on 9/17/18. I literally thought that the stomach was all #extraskin....but it’s gone! I keep on this diet for my management of my #chronicpain but these #weightlossresults never cease to amaze me. God is so good. I would have never tried this diet unless.....well a lot of things that happened only because of the Lord. If your looking for #weightloss results? Take a look at that pic. It’s about 31lbs difference (give or take a few) but I highly recommend this diet for those suffering like I was. #cleaneating and feeling on top of the world! Had a moment today...we went to the pool and I refused to show off my new bathing suit. My #extraskin issue and all. But I saw a lot of chunky girls wearing 2 pieces.
