A small yet developing town, built to be the home of witches, warlocks, and all kinds of spellcasters!!
While the town is yet to have more than a town hall built, we are hoping to gain some residents! We have twelve plots of land open for anyone to claim!
When you claim your plot, you get to choose the general vibe and decorate the interior of your house!
Now don't worry, there's going to be more than just houses here. We are hoping The Asterism Glen will become a place for homes and businesses alike! Open magic shops and restaurants, or any other kind of business. These will be built soon enough as well.
Now that you know the basics, here are the nine of the twelve plots open to be claimed! (The other 3 in the first reblog because the ten image limit)
Plot One:
A small house along the river, great for a mage with water-based magic! It will be dug into the mountain more than it currently is. It also has a small platform out on the river to do with whatever you please.
Plot Two:
The plot goes through the mountain! It has a nice window through one side of the existing cave, and a larger main room area. It also has a small yard that overlooks the river.
Plot Three:
A larger house that goes through a mountain, built with a preexisting cave. It has a larger area on the right, then underground leads to a smaller area on the left. And farther to the left is an animal pen, perfect for a magic mount.
Plot Four:
This plot has three main external structures, currently they are not linked but it will be dug into the mountain. You also have a large yard with a tree in it, a nice place for a garden.
Plot Five:
This house has a very interesting shape, and three levels to live in. It is also going to be more dug into the mountain and just has not been yet. It also has a small tree in a small yard.
Plot Six:
A stranger shaped house, the main living space being a small tower with a ball on top. The roof has not been structured into it yet. It also has the yard space surrounding and a few trees.
Plot Seven:
A larger yet simpler shaped house, with room for an interesting floor shape. Ignore the block palette in the middle, that's not part of the house that's just there for now. It will be dug into the mountain.
Plot Eight:
Another larger plot, that also includes an interesting round main room. It will be dug farther into the mountain than it currently is. It was also the first plot made on this mountain.
Plot Nine:
A tower shaped house, a larger base at the bottom with a skinny tower and a larger top. It also has a yard around and a few trees! It has a great view of the river.

If you would like to claim a plot, make a comment below! I will respond and say that the plot is claimed and to DM me for more details. When you DM me, I will start to build the house with your input! This includes block palettes and interior and roof and all sorts of things.
I can only do one house at a time! I will make a list of who has claimed a spot and build them in the order you were claimed. Once I finish building the first house, I'll move onto the second, etc etc!
Make your house with yourself in mind! When I'm building your house, imagine your own self insert character for this world! Choose things you like with your magic type/s in mind.
You can share houses! If you would like to live with someone, ask to claim the plot together. I will build the house around both your input, and show you both work-in-progress images. And you're not limited to two people!
This is NOT a Minecraft server! This one in red as this is not a Minecraft server, and not a world you'll ever be able to play. There will be no world download either. I will be building everything in a semi-modded single player world!
You are allowed to have pets! If you want a pet, I will summon one in for you to live in the actual world. I can also make things like dragons! Adult dragons will be built with blocks, but I will use block displays for baby ones. I can do (some) other mythical creatures too. If it's made with block displays you might have to wait for me to build other houses and such first!
Tell me what kind of shop/s you want! I don't have plots for shops built, but there WILL be shops! You can have multiple and they can be anything! (All within reason anyway). These will not be built immediately, but they will be built eventually!
Make as much lore for your character as you'd like! Make lore about your magic, your species, where you came from, anything! It's encouraged and all in good fun.
You don't have to have everything set in stone immediately! This is a project that will take days and likely weeks or months! It's okay to change your opinion on stuff, and you don't have to know what shops you want or anything immediately. Only changes I won't make are major changes to things that have already been built! Such as changing your roof a week after I finished your house, I am not willing to do that.

I’ll start first: I am actually married. Irl. I have a husband. I know it’s surprising considering the Tumblr spouses, but my husband thinks it’s funny.
Most accurate me I suppose (well as I can try to get it at least, the reason I look so depressed is I feel someone is forcing me to smile with my teeth. The random fact about me is I hate my teeth so I don’t show them 🫠)

Lowkey looks NOTHING like me but I could NOT pass up the opportunity to have five glowing green eyes and large sword earrings and wings. So.

What Kind Of Town Should I Build?
An ominous witchy vibe fantasy town
A mix between cyberpunk and solar punk town
An extremely colourful fantasy rainbow town
A peaceful shoreline town that extends into the sea

Choose wisely. This poll may come back in the pictures. I will post pictures of what I build. I cannot promise to finish it cause I don't really tend to do that.
Description of Each Rown:
Ominous Town:
A town found in a valley between spruce and dark oak biomes. Heavy witch vibes, dark colors, and a general spooky vibe. Perhaps hiding darker secrets beneath the surface.
Cyber/Solarpunk Town:
A town based on Cyberpunk AND Solarpunk, taking the neon lights and general city vibe from cyberpunk and mixing it with the hopeful attitude and greenery of Solarpunk.
Rainbow Town:
A vibrant colorful town, meant to go wild and experiment with block choices and defy the look of an average town. Strange plants and architecture that don't really work in real life.
Shoreline Town:
A town that at first seems like a perfect paradise, a peaceful romantic shoreline town. However, the town itself extends out into the ocean. Not on top of it, but under it.
Perfect Town:
A town that looks perfect on the surface. A modern utopia where nothing could possibly go wrong. Yet it feels forced, as if something for sinister is trying to be hidden behind the town's perfect exterior.
Yes I wrote those idk why I sound like frickin chatgpt and I lowkey hate the descriptions. But. I don't wanna give away info. The beginning of plans / ideas for each town has been made. I do have one I want to win and I'm not saying which one. I'll take the responses either today or tmr it depends, depends on when I finally get out my computer and actually play.
If this poll comes back in the future there will possibly be new town ideas + the return of these ones.
Lore IS going to be created for the town that wins. Like that is a GUARANTEE I cannot stop that from happening. Like genuinely no matter what I do the gears will turn and lore will be made + I can have multiple trains of thought at once SO. Yeah. Yippee
