Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, frozen. 1 cup coconut milk. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 1 teaspoon matcha powder. 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks. 1/4 cup frozen strawberries.
Instructions: Put the frozen banana, coconut milk, maple syrup, and matcha powder in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. In a glass, pour half of the matcha smoothie. To the blender, add the frozen pineapple and the other half of the matcha smoothie. Blend until the smoothie is smooth. Add the pineapple matcha smoothie on top of the matcha smoothie that is already in the glass. After cleaning the blender, put the frozen strawberries in it. Mix until it's smooth. Make layers by pouring the strawberry mix on top of the pineapple matcha smoothie. Serve right away and enjoy!
