So. Someone dumped kittens in 100 degree heat in front of my roomates work. It seems to be three seperate litters. Youngest still has cord attached, two seem to be a week, two are two weeks.
All local shelters are packed, so looks like we are fostering. One in the video seems to have a broken arm, so will be calling my vet tomorrow to get him xrayed.
So far they have perked up and are eating well.
Took them to the vet today. Newborn baby is on antibiotics to help treat a burst abscess on their shoulder (he smells sooo bad). And the one with the suspected broken arm actually has a birth defect in that arm. His radial bone is to short and doesn't connect to the wrist. But hes not in pain and will most likely grow up just fine, he'll just have a wonky arm.

we need to instill a new storytelling rule of thumb into people called "show don't tweet" where we encourage them to put all pertinent canon information into the actual story and its official supplemental material instead of using reddit AMAs as lore dlcs
