My cat’s old litter box is leaking–which is great because he’s 16 years old and his litter box is 16 years old, so if I get him a new one, he may have a temper tantrum and refuse to use it.  

This led to me spending my entire evening driving all around St. Louis, feeling very nervous because I drive an old cop car and the protests have massively upsurged, trying to find a litter box that looked like my cat’s old one.  I went to four different stores.  

I am tired.  And cranky.  And my little jerk of a cat is curling up next to me, purring up a storm.  

This little asshole better appreciate what I do for him.

I think the reason Person of Interest has gotten so far away from the Reese/Finch friendship is because someone told Mr. Conservative Christian Caviezel about Rinch and he freaked out and told the showrunners that there had to be a distance between John and Harold.  Because of the gay.  Which wasn’t really gay, but more broship, but aaaaaaaany way.  That’s what I think.  No proof whatsoever.

Maybe if this had happened three years ago when Rinch was strong, JC has always been conservative and he would have bulked then. But no, we had so many years of Rinch. No I don’t blame JC…I blame the writers; they got so hung up on promoting Shoot that they down played Rinch to the point it never even existed all in 4 episodes of late season 4.

Could be, but JC was sitting there the last comic con he and Tarajii were together in 2013 when someone asked about Rinch, the greatest love story never told…so he was aware two years ago. Yes JC is strong in his convictions but he knows the roles he plays are not Jim Caviezel the man. Besides Rinch the gayness is only in fic and the minds of some viewers; has been since the pilot aired 4 years ago. CBS nor the show has ever blatantly hinted it as such like they have Shoot only at the strong brotp Reese and Finch had. JC had no reason to destroy that 4 years later. POI is the bread and butter on his families table. The Reese Finch dynamic in the beginning is what made POI so great, a hit in 2011. Why would he go along with something that ultimately may destroy POI. As TPTB moved away from that strength of the show in seasons 3 and 4 so have the ratings declined. That has absolutely nothing to do with slash in the minds of the Rinchers. That is sloppy writing and ret-conning of POI past, not JC finding out there was slash. The man didn’t have his head buried in the sand until 2015.

Jim doesn’t get on the internet. To my knowledge Jim has*never* said or done anything that was homophobic. Jim has never said or done anything negative about shipping or fanart. If someone told you Jim is uncomfortable with photo manipulations then they are ether making an assumption based on his Catholic faith (which is hella rude and stereotyping) or they are transferring their own issues onto a man who says he unplugs at home and doesn’t even have internet. So unless someone thinks fans have *SHOWN* Jim printed out art and he commented on it in the negative then all the evidence suggests that Jim Caviezel loves his neighbors as himself and tries his darnedest to turn the other cheek.  There is a reason the man played Jesus.

Now, Jim has said on many occasion that he does NOT like to do love scenes with female co-stars. That when he was co-starred with Jennifer Lopez he insisted they wear pants and that she wear a shirt during a love scene. He is quoted as saying “The only naked breasts I want to fell next to me are my wife’s” and on kissing J-Lo “Not as good as kissing my wife”
