hate it when people show me things theyre proud of. like i'm glad you're proud of it and i respect the work u put into it but don't show me, it just makes me want to outperform you.

there seems to be just a huge niche of people online that really need/would greatly benefit from the framework of plurality but are afraid to claim it. which i understand because me too i doubt it for myself a lot. but i think there are a lot of us who don't really meet the criteria for DID or OSDD yet would still benefit from viewing ourselves as actually multiple selves. and perhaps a substantial number of us will later find out they meet the criteria for a diagnosis about it but i think we need to be less caught up on "do i meet this criteria" and instead focus on "what will be helpful to me". which may include resources for people with DID/OSDD, or may not.
ngl this has kinda been my approach to my brain for the past... month? Hard to say for sure, not long. "Idk if I'm plural but these tips seem helpful"
And y'all. I've never been so... patient? With my brain and whatever it's doing, even if it's frustrating or aggressive sometimes.
The guy that's 2 steps from lashing out at my best friend is probably just feeling left out and/or disregarded. That's okay, we'll just journal it out and talk to her about it later if it's still bugging ya, okay!
The one that's curled up under the covers crying in the morning is probably really overwhelmed and the bad news was just a bit too much. Here's a tissue and some water, we'll get through this.
The "bossy" one's looking out for us, even if they have to be stern about it. They're just looking out for us like a worried parent.
Our nightly journaling sessions that're actually just a private discord with plural kit? Great way to unpack and untangle all the messy feelings of the day. Everyone gets a say and even if someone's being a snark ass, we tend to snark back rather than get upset 'cause we know they're probably hurting. We'll untangle why they think that's the right response when we're all clearer headed
10/10, will continue even if not plural.
I get so pissed when other people confess they have a crush on my friends but no one ever confesses their feelings for me. What makes them so much better than me? What makes me so unloveable? Fine, I didn't need some stupid dumbfuck following me around with hearteyes anyway. I know (logically) that attractiveness doesn't (or shouldn't) define my self-worth, I know it shouldn't be that important to me in the grand scheme of things, and I know that if anything I should be happy for my friends, but I can't help but feel this seething envy and it makes me feel awful.
.
Easy. People generally don't confess their crushes to the person they have a crush on. Therefore, no one is confessing their crush on you because everyone has a crush on you.
being plural means a headmate pulling you into headspace to cuddle with you and help you go to sleep because of your& insomnia
being plural means smiling and laughing at a joke one of your headmates made, or having witty banter with them as you make a meal that you'll both be able to enjoy
being plural means a headmate going "its okay, you don't have to do this, i can do it" and you thanking them because yeah, you cant do that, and thats okay
being plural means thinking about your headmates when buying new clothes, or seeing a shirt or pair of pants for sale and going "they'd love that !!"
being plural means making one of your headmate's simplyplural profile, and spending lots of time perfecting it so that it fits them to a T
being plural means knowing you aren't alone
being plural means knowing that your headmates, your friends, your family, are always there for you
being plural means love.
THIS POST IS INCLUSIVE OF SYSTEMS OF ALL ORIGINS !!! DO NOT BRING SYSCOURSE ONTO THIS POST.
i love you sysmates who are confrontational. i love you sysmates who are mean. i love you sysmates who are loud and opinionated. i love you sysmates who are “evil.” i love you sysmates who are angry, and hard to deal with. i love you sysmates who handle big emotions, especially the negative ones. i love you sysmates who deal with those emotions and dont deal with them well. i love you sysmates who are messy. i love you difficult sysmates.
Normalize plural people being too stressed/tired/busy surviving life to use pk. Normalize plural people being too stressed/tired/busy surviving life to identify themselves to you. Normalize plural people being too stressed/tired/busy surviving life to know who they are or take the time and effort to identify themselves. I hate delayed amnesia so much. I’ll go through a whole day thinking I’m “fine” and fully present, and then hours later it hits me like—wait… I don’t remember anything from today. It feels like my whole day just slips through my fingers.
I’d like to think I’m staying relatively co-conscious with our other alters/fragments, but then once they leave, I lose nearly—if not all—of the memory afterward. It’s so disorienting.
ok so when other neurodivergent people fake their expressions and pretend to act in ways they dont its masking but when someone with npd does it its being a manipulative demon. got it.
I am not a bigger person. If I dislike someone, no reasoning is too petty for me. Plague upon your house and curse upon your bloodline for irritating me.
npd post on this account?? crazy
for april fools today im becoming god. bye mortal bitches im not gonna miss any of you
I JUST HAD AN AMAZING IDEA. what if instead of getting pissed at people for still using the term narcissistic abuse, we reclaim it, and use it to mean pwNPD who got abused. y'all should reblog this so we can spread the word to our fellow narcissists /nf
(Absolutely seething with rage) oh yeah no I’m good don’t worry :).
Seems people have a lot of trouble with dealing with those who have narcissistic personality disorder. So here's a nice little quick guide.
Ways to deal with your local problematic narcissist:
Give them money.
Treat them like a person.
Hand over all of your money to them.
Explain to them in detail exactly how cool they are, they'll appreciate it.
Slip em a 20 dollar note.
Remove the phrase "narcissistic abuse" from your whole vocabulary.
Pay them in cash right now.
Punch an ableist on their behalf.
Offer them 50 dollars.
