Because it's good for stability, leg strength, proprioception, core development, synergistic adaptation, back strength, arm strength, brain strength. Add it to your posterior leg workout day ( hamstrings, glutes ) or for full body day as an additional detailed component to your routine. Why, additional... Because full body day is best to include compound movements to maximize time and muscle recruitment and this movement is more complex and aids in even more muscle recruitment. If working on posterior chain, this is like ( in comparison to ) adding single arm dumbbell curls when you have been barbell curling Add some fun to this by changing the angle the band is pulling you from. This is how I feel right now. My mind is ON and doing all sorts of stuff and my body is like, Yeah... strong! I have a headache. I've had it for the past week, since Thursday. My body feels good. My mind feels weird. I wish my mind always felt like my body feels. Strong, ready to go, I got this.... My body carries me during days like this. The body can take a lot. If my body does whatever it has to do, I do what needs to be done. What's happening? Am I depressed? Am I sick? What's up with this headache that won't go away.
