The shocking truth about the judges of the Philippine Supreme Court

I previously submitted a detailed report documenting the kidnapping of a living man, carried out by members of the judiciary, addressed to the Honorable Chief Justices. To date, I have not received any acknowledgment or response.

This complete absence of action or communication demonstrates a lack of accountability and transparency in addressing this serious judicial misconduct. Despite the gravity of the matter, no steps have been taken to acknowledge, investigate, or resolve the situation. Does this mean that 100% of the Supreme Court Justices are corrupt? This misconduct I reported to the Civil Service Commission:

List of the Supreme Court Judges of the Philippines, who did not act upon corruption complaints

I am informing the judges of the Supreme Court about the heavy corruption in the Metropolitan Trial Court and Regional Trial Courts. I reported misconducts like fraud, grave abuse of power and even kidnapping. Addressing the corruption to the associate judges is in accordance to the Chief Justice Memorandum(72-2024):

You probably wound be shocked if I tell you, that no actions was taken at all so far, even though 3 years passed already. In the following I provide a list of all associate judges and which of them I informed already but and which not: informed but no actions taken:

I already reached the 12. judge, Ricardo R. Rosario. But so far nobody replied. So we reached a coverup rate of 80% already (calculation: 100/15*12).

I got no reply from associate judge Samuel H. Gaerlan, so I forwarded the email to the Civil Service Commission, who had not helped in the previous emails. Looks like they actively cover up, corrupt judges.

CSC CCB REPLY (ignoring corruption)

The reason for that question was, the judge got reported several times, but the Supreme Court did not even respond.

Report against corrupt judge Gidget Rose Vertido Duque and her staff Marie Glenn V. Bitara, Sheriff Leonico K. Gutierrez IV, Marah Aurea C. Taymondo to Associative Justice Rodil V. Zalameda

I wrote another Email to [email protected] and [email protected] addressed to associate justice judge Rodil V. Zalameda to report a corrupt Philippine judges who where involved of my kidnapping, because the previous justices did not reply at all. Do you think that any action will taken or will the Supreme Court continue to cover the corrupt judges up? It's almost passed a year, no action was taken at all.

I seek your help, because I am victim of kidnapping, orchestrated by Judge Gidget Rose Vertido Duque of Metropolitan Trial Court Pasay, Branch 119, an d by Branch Clerk Marie Glenn V. Bitara, Sheriff Leonico K. Gutierrez IV, Criminal Clerk-in-Charge Marah Aurea C. Taymondo, Judge Vladimir Berla S. Daral and Judge Rechie N. Ramos-Malabanan. These individuals falsely accused me of impersonating a lawyer as part of a fraudulent scheme to cover up the kidnapping.

I already got unlawfully convicted, therefore I urgently need your help.

Given the gravity of these acts and their direct role in my unlawful deprivation of liberty, I respectfully but firmly call upon your office to take immediate action by initiating or endorsing the appropriate administrative and disciplinary proceedings against the responsible judge and court personnel. The allegations involve kidnapping, abuse of authority, and a clear miscarriage of justice, which demand urgent investigation by the proper oversight bodies. I am informing the judges of the Supreme Court about the heavy corruption in the Metropolitan Trial Court and Regional Trial Courts. I reported misconducts like fraud, grave abuse of power and even kidnapping. Addressing the corruption to the associate judges is in accordance to the Chief Justice Memorandum(72-2024):
