you could also have some fun with character design, and give the user the lower body of a spider, multiple eyes, multiple limbs, or something of the sort.

⟶ pretty self explanatory. Be able to charm anyone. This is espically good for a villain, as you could kill someone yet convince people your innocent.
꩜ molecular control
⟶ the ability to change the atomic level of any and all objects. This means you can change the atomic structure of all states of matter, turning solid items into liquid, gas into solid, etc.
꩜ bone manipulation
⟶ be able to manipulate your own bones. The possibilities are endless, but here are some concepts:
turning your spine into a tail, a movable appendage, etc
breaking off pieces of your rib cage to act as throwing knives
creating some sort of exoskeleton

⟶ physical mutation where instead of hair, one has the tentacles of a jellyfish. These tentacles are venomous, and will sting anyone who touches them. The user can also channel this venom through their skin, making them venomous to the touch.

⟶ user has the ability to create a blind infatuation in chosen target. When this influence is applied, the targeted person exclusively focuses on the user, which allows for easier persuasion and control over their thoughts and actions.
weaknesses include mental strain and headaches.
꩜ vampirism
⟶ grants user fangs to drink another persons blood.
The user has access to superhuman strength, agility, stamina, speed, and enhanced senses in general.
user can heal at a faster rate after drinking another person's blood.
under certain conditions, the user is able to hypnotize someone for short periods of time.
weaknesses include extreme sensitivity to sunlight, starvation when deprived of blood for long periods of time, and also inability to heal if an injury is caused by a silver weapon.
the pungency of garlic can also interfere with their sense of smell.
꩜ trichokinesis
⟶ aka hair manipulation. the user can strengthen and grow hair follicles at an alarming rate.
hair can be shaped into things such as weapons and hands, and can be used to pick things up, wrap around/strangle targets, etc.
weaknesses include tiredness, headaches, and hair loss.
꩜ reflection teleportation
⟶ user can teleport through any reflective surface. This includes mirrors, water, shiny jewelry, glass, etc.
weaknesses include nausea when used too often.
꩜ medusa
⟶ user can turn someone to stone by looking directly into their eyes. (you could do something cool where the character has to wear a blindfold or something so they don't accidentally petrify someone).
user can charm someone with their voice, and is incredibly persuasive.
user has prehensile snake hair (or has snakes along with regular hair). this snake can inflict venom into targets when bitten.

this ability is made up of two main parts.
⟶ vital stats
the user can view someones weak points and vital stats, along with viewing basic information such as their name and age.
⟶ vision enhancement
the user is able to see at incredibly far distances, and can also view things microscopically.
drawbacks include intense visual migraines.
꩜ sound manipulation
⟶ the user can manipulate sound. Not only can they manipulate their own voice, but also the sounds around them such as alarms, birds chirping, etc.
user can amplify sounds to deafening volumes, along with decreasing sounds to the point where they are practically unnoticeable. (This is helpful when sneaking around as the user can silence their own footsteps).
The user can also create auditory illusions. This means they can make their target hear things that aren't really there.
They can also change their own voice to perfectly replicate something else. They can mimic the sound of a fire alarm to get people to evacuate a building, mimic the sound of a growling wolf to scare others, or mimic someones voice to confuse their opponent.
drawbacks include temporary hearing loss and ear ringing.
꩜ inventory
⟶ user keeps an "inventory". This allows them to pick up any objects and store them away for later. This inventory is completely invisible to others and only the user can access it.
drawbacks include a limit on how many items can be stored at once. Living things cannot be stored in the inventory, with the exception of plant life.
꩜ law & order
this is so hard to explain and probably makes no sense but whatever.
⟶ the user is able to inflict certain limitations/rules within a 30 by 30 meter space around them. (for example, the user can set a rule that declares "death is not permitted", therefore making their target unable to kill them or anyone in the 30 by 30 meter space.)
drawbacks include that the rules the user sets must be from an actual law, meaning they can't just make something up. These rules can only be held for a total of 10 minutes before they no longer apply.
꩜ superstitious cat
⟶ the user is able to transform into a black cat. When in this feline form, they can cross paths with their intended target to inflict either good or bad luck on them.
