Hi, I saw your post on fat body mods for BG3. Do you happen to know any head mods to match? Most of the mods I've found are for body types 1 and 2, not 3 and 4
So the fun thing with this ask, is basically no one makes Fat Heads, we can have Fat Bitches as long as they have a jawline it seems.
So! I have dug through every head mod on Nexus and have collected Heads with softest features I could Find!!!! I will include their compatible body types, as well as the specific names of each head. The vast majority of softer heads are either made for the smaller races or just Fem presenting, I will do my best to include Masc heads.

Softer Heads:
These Heads are considered for Straight Size Tav's but have softer features. Body compatibility will be listed to the best of my ability.
Lydia's Heads
Lydia's Heads come with Four softer Faces both Modeled for Female Faces. All sets feature softer Cheek bones and a Slightly softer Jaw Line. (Faith and Morgan are my favs)

Faith, Rue- Human, Elf/Drow, Half-Elf, Tiefling Body 1 & 3 Morgan, Joy- Human, Elf/Drow, Half-Elf, Tiefling Body 3
Loulette Heads
Loulette Heads Features one head that has Softer Cheeks, they are high up on the face but still have fullness to them, the pouty lips also help create the affect of a fuller face.

Moera Body Type 1 (? Kinda vague)
Myky's Heads
Myky's Heads feature two Female heads that have Softer and Fuller cheeks, the pouty lips give the illusion of a fuller face as well. Jaws are still defined.

This set contains one head with rounder fuller features, jaw and cheeks still defined.

Gufery's New and Revamped Heads
This collection has heads that feature much softer cheek and mouth areas, jawlines still defined. I specifically Like Karin for the lines around the mouth, really helps with the fuller cheek look.

Sabrina, Bella, Corelia, Karin- Elf/Drow, Half-Elf, Tiefling, Human Body type 1
Weeviljester's Meadow Heads
This set contains one head that has an overall fuller appearance, the jawline is still defined. I specifically really enjoy the nose bridge fat distribution here

Scarred Female Heads - Skyrim Aela the Huntress and TW3 Ciri
This set contains three heads that have softer and rounder features, all heads will feature scars but come with a scar optional file. These heads are replacers and not standalone in the CC.

This mod is currently a work in progress and has updates coming in the future.
All base heads for all races are unlocked and usable for any body type or race. This means you can use the fuller Dwarven heads to pair with your body mod.
