A Waymo vehicle delivered two 15-year-olds, who were drinking alcohol and shooting small water beads out of the car, straight to police.

TO BE CLEAR, the “AI” “driver” of the car did not alert the police or do anything else. A human employee of Waymo was remotely observing the passengers through the car’s many internal cameras, and they alerted the police and remotely made the car pull over. It does not seem to be public knowledge why a Waymo employee was remotely observing this particular car.

I mean, in some very interesting Technically Correct ways, they didn't actually die? Now, they're very much no longer alive. But the forces involved are such that they didn't get any of the usual cellular processes of death, they simply went from biology to physics in less time than it takes a signal to travel down your optic nerve.
