Has a super bad migraine today. Like, worst one in months. (Botox is Friday) Elderly Cat, who is not a face-hugger (lapcat or otherwise affectionate unless she wants something), decided if I was actually dying, then she would help by suffocating me with her fluffy (double coated) face and purring her big purr. (Her purr is quiet and small unless she is Very Happy and Content).

Indeed, she thought better of it when she realized there were no other thumbs in the house to feed her. She then licked my chin, scent marked my nose and put her lovely head on my shoulder where she could tickle my face with her long whiskers.

I love her so much. She did all of this with the boycats also on the bed. She didn't even yell at them to get off her lawn. She was just like, "Yeah, I'll do the hard thing if necessary. You two just stay down at the other end and keep her immobilized. Also, purr, damn you."
