These Chicken Gyros Wraps are a delicious and satisfying meal option. Tender grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce wrapped in warm pita bread create a Mediterranean-inspired flavor explosion. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 pita bread or flatbreads. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cucumber, diced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 tomato, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Lettuce leaves for garnish. Tzatziki sauce for serving.
Instructions: Salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and olive oil should all be mixed together in a bowl. This mixture should be spread over the chicken breasts and left to sit for at least 30 minutes. Get a grill or grill pan hot, but not too hot. The chicken breasts should be grilled for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice char. Take them off the heat and let them cool down for a few minutes. Then cut them into thin strips. Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a different bowl to make tzatziki sauce. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the flatbreads or pita bread in the oven or on the grill for a short time to make them soft. Spread a lot of tzatziki sauce on each pita bread before putting the wraps together. Add some diced tomato, sliced red onion, grilled chicken slices, and lettuce leaves on top. To make a wrap, fold the sides of the pita bread over the filling and roll it up tight. Right away, serve the Chicken Gyros Wraps with extra tzatziki sauce on the side. Have fun!

A delicious take on classic doughnut holes are these Apple Poppers. Made in muffin tins, they have chunks of juicy, sweet apples inside. With their coating of sugar and cinnamon, these are the ideal snack for any time of day.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup milk. 1 large egg. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 medium apples, peeled and finely chopped. Vegetable oil for greasing the muffin tin. 1/2 cup powdered sugar for coating. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon for coating.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Use non-stick cooking spray or vegetable oil to grease a muffin pan. Mix the flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, salt, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon in a big bowl. Combine the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Mixing until just combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold the diced apples gently into the batter. Spoon or use a small scoop to fill each muffin cup about two thirds of the way. When a toothpick is inserted into the center of a popper, it should come out clean after 15 to 18 minutes of baking in a preheated oven. As the poppers bake, prepare the coating by combining the powdered sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. After cooking, take the poppers out of the muffin tin and allow them to cool slightly. Roll each popper in the mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon while it's still warm, making sure to coat it evenly. Enjoy the warm apple poppers after serving!
