A mix of many headcanons, but I think it works.
Check this and this for Conner and the Supercorp drama.
After all the media circus involving YJ, this stuck in her head for years, how the courts decided their lives and almost ruined Tornado and Traya.
She starts as a corporate lawyer to make money, and when she manages to stabilize her career, she switches to working in the heroic scene, either defending heroes or civilians affected in some way by disasters.
Her most famous case was when she represented a meta-human teenager who sued the government for being a victim of experiments.
Later, she begins to work exclusively with young heroes who need legal guidance in either civil or heroic matters; she opens an office specializing in helping minors and young people.
(She still represents Super Corp as a favor to Conner.)
Bart, no one knows for sure his official position, but he works in the engineering department doing practically everything.
He obtained an online engineering degree by means that no one knows how, with top grades from a prestigious university.
He mainly builds heroic equipment and vehicles, likes to adapt alien technology to Earth, redesigned the city's electrical system to something more environmentally friendly, and it was so successful that now half the country is implementing it. Other countries have become interested. Rumors say he's going to win the Nobel Prize.
Some experts think he's the new coming of Da Vinci; anyone who has heard him explain anything suspects that he escaped from a mental asylum, and anyone who has seen him working is sure that he escaped.
Well, you know the story.
Greta, doctor, specialty? Probably all of them.
How she graduated is beyond anyone's comprehension; during college, Greta lived on coffee, energy drinks, and anger.
She overdosed on coffee and yelled at all her friends every time they asked her for something ridiculous, such as the time Cassie needed a dental procedure and they asked her, in her second semester of college, to do it. (She did it, Tim found a tutorial on the lowest layer of the internet and it worked.)
She made her way to becoming a renowned surgeon with more specialties than anyone can count. Nobody knows how such a young person has so much knowledge of what to do and how she maintains so much calm; once, during an apocalypse, a boy arrived with an alien squid clinging to his body and Greta simply reached in and pulled it off.
(Nothing shocks her, not after years of being the doctor for the most absurd heroes in the world.)
She does a few weekly shifts at the local ICU to keep up appearances, but spends more time at her small clinic in the city where she treats metahumans for free.
. Anitta, fashion influencer/columnist.
She's too beautiful and stylish not to be an It Girl.
She studied fashion and has since been researching ways to create durable clothing, from fire-resistant to bulletproof fabrics.
She has a clothing line.
She designs all the outfits that any friend has ever worn on a red carpet.
She makes heroic costumes.
Her Instagram account is viral due to the accessible looks and activism she regularly promotes, as well as her informational videos on various topics.
She writes a weekly online column where she discusses the week's events.
Conner, inherited Super Corp (and custody of Lena) after Lex was arrested.
When he realized he could use Supercorp to finance improvements for the city and any crazy ideas his friends had? He enrolled in Business Administration even before finishing signing the papers.
Charming, with a gentle look and a knack for business that everyone said came from Lex Luthor, Conner took the company and the world by storm, hired Bart to work and Cassie as a lawyer, financed Cissie's films and paid for Greta and Anita's full education.
He became Metropolis's favorite son, in and out of uniform.
Conner also started studying genetics as a hobby; he also got a degree in Economics, he was very good with numbers.
Tim, nobody knows exactly what he does.
He works with Bart, at least he's on the engineering payroll, he's also the curator of the museum, responsible for the entire wing dedicated to alien cultures. He also goes on regular archaeological expeditions, usually following ancient trails and theories of his parents, he publishes articles and also has an online blog where he posts his photos and talks about their stories.
Nobody knows that he is also an investigator for Cassie's cases and suspicious things that Greta sees in the emergency room or Cissie and Anita encounter in the glamorous world of celebrities.
Does he have a degree to work in any of these areas? Well, yes, look at all the framed diplomas in his office. Now, whether he actually attended college in full? That's between him and each college that gave him the degree.
