There are a variety of ways to install power distribution cables. Underground ducts are used where it is necessary to provide a high degree of safety
Keep tabs on the quality of the air you breath.

Cybercriminals may be getting smarter, but so are Cisco cybersecurity experts. Meet two of them in this original documentary video.
Why did they give me a live computer? š
Here is my work station at my job
Exploring the guts of our home. Iām hoping to add a lot more things to this and create a respectable network on my own. Next semester I will be taking networking 101, which is exciting.
At work today Iāve started my āofficialā training. These are referred to as āflexā parts inside a of the iPhone 4. In the center, this part is the bottom of the device.
By us being a brand new store, I already began my work but corporate still wants me to review the material officially. After this I will begin my certifications. We have to be certified by Samsung and others.
My colleagues are awesome, my manager, district manager, and even the corporate guy are really great. Iām lucky to have another job with a cool team to work with.
The new  MacBook Pros are awesome. The emojiās on the Touchbar was a nice idea
The Electronic Frontier Foundation says federal agents may be using the computer repair technicians to circumvent Fourth Amendment protections against warrantless searches.
New job. This week I got hired as a hardware technician. This store was delayed in opening because the contractors were slow or whatever. We are still fixing the store (Installing cameras, setting up equipment, cleaning bathrooms..) all the work of contractors but defiantly not at the pay which is frustrating.
I was expecting something more organized, actual desk work at the computer not a labor intensive āprojectā. I mean I can do the work but it sucks my pay isnāt reflecting it, especially since I didnāt know it would be a part of my job. One person has already quit after seeing the condition of this store.
Anyways this is my introduction into computers. Again, this isnāt my target considering I love networking not hardware/mobile repair but itās better than retail. I have an actual career. I have not actually done any repairs, I have no idea what Iām doing in fact but maybe that will come along eventually.
Next week I will proceed with my training videos. There is a staffer here from corporate so he is watching over us to assure everything goes correctly. My team at this job is cool and laid back. I think they are great to work with so if I have to remain here for a while I know there wonāt be any stress or drama with this team.
Today we learned about RAID, how the hard drive physically works, and how to use a Virtual Machine. Iām a Mac user so I often have to gag my way through the Windows OS. Because we take out our external HDDs the software updates never push through. When we reconvene to class the computers always require an update. Today I didnāt get much experience due to the computer being slow, Windows being glitchy, and the amount of updates that was required. I enjoyed the power point and the opportunity to physically touch the HDD as we went along.
We currently have few international or domestic laws to protect civilians or prosecute cyber criminals.
Cybersecurity has become one of todayās more pressing issues, and itās likely to get worse in the future. Thatās why the secretary-general of the U.N. is now calling for nations to come up with clearer rules to protect civilians from hacking. Read more here.Ā
