(7/21/26) - egg and cheese breakfast burrito with creamy salsa verde, ≈335cal for 2, 26g protein, 32g fiber.

(7/23/26) - mini cinnamon apple pies, ≈80cal for one, 3.5g protein each.

Still doing good :)) I’ve dropped like 10lbs in a week already and even though I know a lot of that is probably water weight I’m still very pleased… my face is already looking so much slimmer and less bloated too…

Need

I’ve been having roughly 500cal a day, taking all my supplements and vitamins, and drinking plenty of water and electrolytes. I feel so in control. The metformin I’m on right now helps with my appetite too. I’m so happy. ♡
