“trusted medical professionals” permanently disabled this formerly healthy woman. they knew she trusted them, and they took advantage of that trust.

and even the informed consent paperwork lists atrophy as a side effect of testosterone. why would that be a painless experience? if your arm or your lungs started to “atrophy”, to become weaker and smaller, couldn’t they also start to hurt?

trans guys take testosterone for the systemic, permanent, whole-body effects, right?… and you don’t believe people when they say “this drug has systemic permanant effects, all throughout the body”?

i think you should place a little less trust in “medical professionals,” a little more on your own common sense.

hi so radfems don’t believe that. Radfems believe that people who go against gender norms are oppressed for this. This includes trans men, who go against traditional female gender roles. The trans women you’re referring to are not radfems because they don’t hold radfem beliefs and actually dismiss some of the biggest parts of radical feminism and feminism in general. I don’t know if these trans women are the ones calling themselves radfems to be edgy or if it’s something they are being called by others, but if someone holds beliefs that go against radical feminism they are not a radfem just like a person who eats meat is not a vegan

"rape" isn't enough to horrify people anymore, because rape is what happens to women all the time everywhere, so rape victims are forced to share more and more traumatizing details to make others understand the weight of what they have gone through, which in turn makes everyone feel that just "rape" is, indeed, comparatively pretty light of a crime. that's why people can know that gaiman "raped" women, and it not horrify them the way it would if they bothered to learn all the details those women shared. which they won't, because why would they do this to themselves. it's a trap. an ouroboros.
