We have to accept that we are the minority. The whole point is that when the services are called "Maternity wards" or "Women's health clinics" etc, trans men get treated measurably worse at them - Shoved into side rooms (so they get missed for both clinical rounds and food rounds), made to wait apart from other patients (so overlooked in first-come-first-serve situations), and get measurably worse health outcomes (Obviously everyone knows about Robert Eads, but the unnamed trans man who miscarried in A&E a few years ago because staff refused to believe him when he said he was pregnant, sticks in the memory too.)

It's an uphill battle, but so was the battle to get gay relationships understood to be as "real" as straight ones (never mind being legally recognised!) and that change happened in my lifetime.
