At my school there was a classroom full of rubber ducks, which sparked my love for the little guys (I have like 10 but I wanna get more). So it became kind of a thing for my family to call me Ducky and say that I was collecting my siblings. So when I made a [tumblr] account I used that nickname! The doesstuff part comes from the fact that I am indeed doing stuff right here on [tumblr]!

For a character I had waaayyy back in 2022 (the year of diabolically cringe OCs for me💔) I had made a fictional band named Dizzy Bats- I don't even remember why I came up with the dizzy part honestly 😭, but bats were significant to their lore so I just threw that in. I couldn't think of a username for a new acc on smth, so I just named it Dizzy-Bats for a placeholder as it was fresh in my mind. I'm pretty sure that Dizzy-Bats was taken, so I just tossed in the 1 and the 4 to replace the i and a. After a while, I got used to it, and it just kinda stuck honestly 🥹

For a little extra: Dizzz obviously came from the first word (Dizzy). But, more specifically, in a game of flicker (which I played like 24/7 at that time LMAOO) like right after i'd switched my username over, someone had said "Bye, Dizzzzz!" after i'd been voted out. I'd thought it sounded kinda fun as a little nickname, so I just decided to go by that online!

I'm one of those people who hates changing their username, so i've just had the same one for four years now. This made me realize how long it's been- Wooowww!

I made this account at 3am ish? And the only thing I remembered was being VERY hungry. I was ready to devour my entire fridge, except for the fact that going outside would cost my life because I’d wake up everyone 😭

Back then I think the only food I had left was my first blog name (i forgot by now). And I only had a few, so I was craving more.

Then I had the idea of making the user name into lowkeykindahungry (it was supposed to be lowkeyveryhungry, but uhm, speed reference) And now my blog username changes constantly each time I crave a different food 😙

I needed a username for League of Legends in grade 8 because i was being dragged onto a high school esports team. I was obsessed with DBH at the time, and used “Kamski” as a nickname (nonbinary type beat), and blue was my favorite color. So i shoved “KamskiBlue” together, and it sounded good enough, so i just started using it for everything.

WELL, I got the highest grade for my thesis and presentation, and a very nice review from my advisor that may or may not have made made me cry. Thank you guys for your patience and support, I feel like y'all played a major role in me staying motivated and not dropping out during that last year. Gotta figure out what to do next after 15 years of just studying... A terrifying thought but oh well

Now that I'm FREE and have some time for myself, I have a few practice shots planned, that's the first one! Wanted to work with perspective and depth, and let me tell you, those legs were a nightmare to draw. Also the apple was hanging from a thick branch originally but I wanted to spice it up so now there are LEAVES and MOVEMENT

Also I've found a toggle in tumblr settings that had been compressing my videos, so now everything's gonna be in full HD like it's SUPPOSED to be

On that note, I have a question: did my drawings become more (or less) saturated lately? I got a new monitor two months ago, which I'm still getting used to, and due to me being stubborn to get a high res monitor no matter what, it doesn't match my tablet anymore so I can't check colors on the big screen as I go.. so yeah, let me know if it's different

I hate that people seem to think a character has to look at the camera and announce they’re aroace in order for it to be canon. I’m sick of having to say characters are “implied to be aroace” because no!! Most of the time I have to say it, it’s explicitly canon! There’d be so much more accepted aroace rep if people actually had media literacy
