I kinda hate that like I have fairly strong opinions about disliking AA and the 10 step program and how it inherently treats addiction as a moral failure but ppl don't take me seriously bc I have never actually known people with an addiction. Like is it hard to know someone with an addiction? Yes but idk maybe it's bc j haven't experienced it but like... addiction doesn't make you a bad person and I don't think it is a bad thing to still take your substance. It's not a moral failure. Forcing someone to quit an addiction cold turkey and criticizing them harshly for a relapse literally kills people mentally and actually like ugh
We are "The Noor Shams Team", a grassroots local initiative in the Gaza Strip founded and run by the families of celiac children themselves. This blog is new, but Noor Al-Shams Celiac Team has been fundraising on instagram and tiktok before coming here. Their chuffed campaign links to google drive folders with many photos documenting the distribution of gluten-free food purchased with previous donations.
