Depression is real. And if you know it you know the hardest part is just riding it out. I don't feel sad I'm not sorry for myself. I don't want to be cheered up. But thAnks to genetics and life and the whole mix a few times a year the black dog at my bed decides it's time tk play. And we've lost serious heroes to this disease. Junior seau, lanye staley,David foster wallace... Depression does not fuck around. So despite wanting to do nothing but stay in bed with the shades drawn I keep training and try to turn this darkness into something positive. And when these clouds pass ill look back on this IDGAF set of Deadlifts and feel pride. For now... ill ride the wave where it takes me. Be strong.
