The Outbursts of Everett True was a comic strip that ran in papers from 1905 to 1927, wherein the aforementioned Everett True regularly beat the everliving shit out of rude people as a warning to anyone else who might consider being rude. Men have not only been taking up too much room on public transport for about as long as public transport has existed, but the people around them have been irritated about it for at least a hundred years. The next time someone tries to claim that manspreading is a false phenomenon, please direct them to this strip so that Everett True can correct their misconceptions with an umbrella upside the head.

I’m very lucky to own a book that’s a collection of most of these comics (sadly not all of them) and would highly recommend hunting these down if you can. Sorry for the lack of a scanner but phone photos will just have to do.

He was a enjoyable cuss who didn’t care for war mongering.

Especially profitable war mongering and excuses for it!

He certainly didn’t like selfish husbands and fathers!

Politicians who turned on their words once they got theirs weren’t safe.

He said fuck the police!

He absolutely didn’t like people ruining little things for kids.

He stood up for foreigners. Especially those doing their best to communicate with limited second language knowledge.

He was not having any tomfoolery when it came to gun safety and laws. Especially with youth involved.

You had better not abuse a animal with him nearby. He’d right that wrong real quick!

And best of all him and his wife were both prickly cusses together. Relationship goals.

I missed illustrating wacky dreams I had one today So I had a dream that i needed to fastly got on a roof of a skyscraper (from inside) The thing is that there was some epic fight between weird people with super powers and strange looks (some were only remotly humans by apperance) going on around and inside it

So a ran to it as fast as i could, looked at an awfully long stairs and took one of the elevators after deciding there s no way i m going that way. The elevator was super big and fancy cause the building was super important. And so, i was going up on it, while the fight was raging - having zero weapon and no super powers and wearing a coat that made me look even more childish than i usually was So it all looked somewhat like that

And then the elevator stopped at 12th floor and a weird shark super-hero/villain entered it. He was mostly silent but the whole ride up was very civil. We had a fancy smalltalk.

I don t remember what happened next but i bet that s exactly how shonen powerless (usually background) characters feel like

@tolkienocweek Day 7 (27th August): Freeform /jumps under the closing gates the last moment/ I have 10 Tolkien OCs And very little time ::::`d I wish i could tell about every one of them but that s not in my powers for now. I hope throwing everything at once like that is not rude djirojdriojdriod

Lómenorto or Almenesta is a trickster and a Maia of Irmo. His task was generally to paralyse people during their sleep - which he finds very dull and boring. Therefore he either slacks (and that s why people sleepwalk) or send very weird dreams and nightmares (sleep paralysis basically). Tried to follow Melkor once - yet discovered he did not like being ordered around. Ended up constantly changing sides, sitting on two chairs at once. While he pretends to work for both the Valar and Melkor - he, in fact, just sabotages and annoys everyone. Loves everything silly.

Udhos of Harad was made for the Silmarillion Steampunk AU RP. He is an evil (?) alchemist who used to do errands for Sauron - yet grew dissapointed in his intrigues and tried to escape along with the prisoner he was assigned to torture (steampunk!Maedhros). Is generally very mean to everyone.

Raivo is a traveller from Forodwaith. Has a very cheery and chaotic character. The sword (or more like what was left from it) they are carrying was won in a fight with some icy Giant (according to Raivo's own words). They are interested in tales of dread and set off for their journey to write down every creepy legend they can hear in Middle-Earth. Are in search of a story that could actually scare them.
