Soap making

Um hi SoapMaking community...I have a couple questions for you guys..

I’ve recently decided that I wanna give it a try and I’ve looked into all the different ways to create soap, but I see quite a bit of hate towards melt and pour?

I currently need to use melt and pour as I’m pregnant and I don’t want to run any risk by using lye, but would you guys still consider this a decent way of making soap?

If so, would anyone be willing to give me some tips on how to make the best soap possible using this method?

See this right here is part of what almost killed me last summer. I had other stuff going on mentally but seeing in my inbox over and over again negative things the monsters in my head were saying too just pushed. Pushed so far I was ready, made a plan, and waited for my family to leave the house so I could be alone to go through with my plan. Kind people saved me from myself but there are too many unkind people out there who are pushing and pushing those already on the edge. Stop pushing before you cause someone to go over that edge. It doesn’t solve anything, it just causes problems for people you don’t even know about.

Separating

It’s always been hard to separate something that happened in a dream from reality. It’s better now, though, but still hard af.

Sometimes I wake up super anxious because of something that happened in a dream and the anxiety won’t go away for the whole day. Because I might fear that it actually happened or will happen. So don’t get startled if I might ask you if you hate me or if we had a bad fight. I am just trying to figure out what’s real and what’s not.

I “know” it was just a dream, kinda, but sometimes it feels so real and I can’t be sure.

I might be angry with you. I might be really comd with you. I might be scared of you. Because that’s the feeling I got from the dream. And even though the dream stopped, the anxiety stayed and it freaks me out.

And I can’t help it. It kills me sometimes.
