Fronting bracelets are a good idea in theory. They’re discrete, they’re not too uncomfortable to wear, it’s all fine and dandy. Until I now have a very visible reminder that we are sick.

It’s not something I can look away from like a mirror. it’s a literal and physical representation of our parts. I can see it. It’s on my fucking wrist. I see it. every time I look down I have to remember who I am and why I exist.

Hey I had a quick question! How do you guys feel about pro ship and stuff? If you aren’t comfortable answering you don’t have to at all, thank you and have a good day

No worries! If we’re talking about modern definitions of pro ship like shipping incest, massive age gaps, etc, no I think that’s gross.

For ships that are more along the lines of like “this relationship is abusive/unhealthy” I think it’s weird to ship them BECAUSE of that, but I think it’s okay to have a space for stories that involve topics like unhealthy relationship dynamics in fiction/fanfic. To an extent. (TLDR: I don’t turn off the TV when I’m watching a sitcom because someone got cheated on, but maybe let’s not fetishize real world domestic abuse)

That doesn’t include If you make those TikTok slideshows talking about how you want character A & B to get assaulted btw. I’m an SA victim. That shit is creepy as FUCK

People are allowed to do whatever they want on the internet, it’s literally none of my business. I’m not gonna harass anyone over what they ship, period. I also can’t really control who interacts with my posts, but if you do ship stuff like that (yes, even as a coping mechanism) generally DNI but if you do, all i ask is you don’t bring it up to us. I also might just block you if you piss me off

Also if we’re talking about the old pro ship “should people be allowed to ship what they want even if it’s non canon/they beat eachother up that one time” conversation which is still happening somehow, again, I don’t give a shit what you ship. It’s the internet. Not a job interview.
