Hi!
I need to update this, but havenāt yet, so just ignore everything below the cut ^^
My face is having uncontrollable spasms. Great. It hurts really, really, really bad.
I think part of why I have trouble explaining pain to the doctor is when they ask about the pain scale I always think āWell, if someone threw me down a flight of stairs right now or punched me a few times, it would definitely hurt a lot moreā so I end up saying a low number. I was reading an article that said that ā10ā is the most commonly reported number and that is baffling to me. When I woke up from surgery with an 8" incision in my body and I could hardly even speak, I was in the most horrific pain of my life but I said ā6ā because I thought āWell, if you hit me in the stomach, it would be worse.ā
I searched and searched for the post this graphic was from, and the OP deactivated, but I kept the graphic, because my BFF does the same thing, uses her imagination to come up with the worst pain she can imagine and pegs herĀ ā10ā³ there, and so is like, well, Iām conscious, so this must be a 5, and then the doctors donāt take her seriously. (And she then does things like driving herself to the hospital while in the process of giving birth. Probably should have called an ambulance for that one!)
So I found this and sent it to her. Because this is what they want to know: how badly is this pain affecting you? Not on a scale ofĀ ānothingā toĀ āhow Iād imagine itād feel if bears were eating my still-living guts while I was on fireā.Ā
I hate reposting stuff, but Iāll never find that post again and OP is deactivated, so, hereās a repost. I can delete this later, i just wanted to get it to you and I canāt embed images in a chat or an ask.Ā
This is possibly why it took several weeks to diagnose my fractured spine.
Pain Scale transcription:
10 - I am in bed and I canāt move due to my pain. I need someone to take me to the emergency room because of my pain.
9 - My pain is all that I can think about. I can barely move or talk because of my pain.
8 - My pain is so severe that it is difficult to think of anything else. Talking and listening are difficult.
7 - I am in pain all the time. It keeps me from doing most activities.
6 - I think about my pain all of the time. I give up many activities because of my pain.
5 - I think about my pain most of the time. I cannot do some of the activities I need to do each day because of the pain.
4 - I am constantly aware of my pain but can continue most activities.
3 - My pain bothers me but I can ignore it most of the time.
2 - I have a low level of pain. I am aware of my pain only when I pay attention to it.
1 - My pain is hardly noticeable.
0 - I have no pain.
Itās also really important to get this kind of scale to people who have chronic pain, because chronic pain drastically lowers your perception of howĀ ābadā any kind of pain actually is, and yet something like this pain scale is extremely user friendly.Ā
For example, if someone asked me how much pain Iām in at any given time, Iād say hardly any, and yet Iām apparently at a chronic 2.5, and it only goes up from there depending on the day.Ā
Thereās also a similarly usefulĀ āFatigue Scaleā
I havenāt been below a 5 on this scale for 4 yearsĀ
Hereās the fatigue scale
Fatigue scale image desc:
10: can barely move; canāt talk
9: can barely move; can talk
8: can move, but canāt do much more than watch TV
7: can watch TV and play a game on my phone simultaneously
6: can do work on my computer lying in bed
5: can get around the house, but definitely couldnāt go out
4: can run a light errand
3: can get in my 10,000 steps, making my fitbit happy
2: can do three or more activities in a single day
1: going clubbing!

Mental Health Pain Scale transcription:
MILD
1 - Everything is a-okay! There is absolutely nothing wrong. Youāre probably cuddling a fluffy kitten right now. Enjoy!
2 - Youāre a bit frustrated or disappointed, but youāre easily distracted and cheered up with a little effort.
3 - Things are bothering you, but youāre coping. You might be overtired or hungry. The emotional equivalent of a headache.
MODERATE
4 - Today is a bad day (or a few bad days). You still have the skills to get through it, but be gentle with yourself. Use self-care strategies.
5 - Your mental health is starting to impact on your everyday life. Easy things are becoming difficult. You should talk to your doctor.
6 - You canāt do things the way you usually do them due to your mental health. Impulsive and compulsive thoughts may be hard to cope with.
SEVERE
7 - Youāre avoiding things that make you more distressed, but that will make it worse. You should definitely seek help. This is serious.
8 - You canāt hide your struggles any more. You may have issues sleeping, eating, having fun, socialising, and work/study. Your mental health is affecting almost all parts of your life.
9 - Youāre at a critical point. You arenāt functioning any more. You need urgent help. You may be a risk to yourself or others if left untreated.
10 - The worst mental and emotional distress possible. You can no longer care for yourself. You canāt imagine things getting any worse. Contact a crisis line immediately.

What's the difference between a Badger primary's need to have a community and a Bird primary's human desire to belong and connect with people?
A badger gets their morality from the community. The most important good or bad there is what is what is good or bad for the community. Badger primaries will get morality and values from whatever they see as "their community," and then define "community" in a bunch of different ways.
Of course Birds want to belong and connect as well, they're people. But to a Bird it's more important that they have a system they've thought through, that makes sense, and that they can defend. They might land on a very Badger-looking system, but the point is they decided on it, and if they decided that something else worked better, then they would have to switch. A Bird would, if pushed, destroy a community in the service of an ideal, when to a Badger - the community is the ideal.
Finally, my HP sorting is confirmed
Not to long ago, while I was Googling random Harry Potter questions, I found the Sortinghatchats blog and was fascinated by their comprehensive breakdown of the houses, the way there were primaries and secondaries and models. For a very long time, Iād considered myself a Slytherin/Ravenclaw hatstall. I did this because I took the Pottermore test three times, each time getting Slytherin. Then, when I found a test that had all of the Pottermore questions that broke the answers down by percentages, with each answer increasing or decreasing the percentage of a particular house, I found that I was sorted into Ravenclaw by a single answer. But still, even though I use the termĀ āhatstallā, it didnāt feel quite right.
Enter the Sortinghatchats blog and quiz (take the quiz hereĀ Ā Ā https://ejadelomax.itch.io/sortinghatchatsĀ Ā Ā you wonāt regret it).
I read up on all of the primaries, secondaries, models, performances, and burning, read about various character sortings, and then dove into the quiz. I got Snake Primary, Bird Secondary, with a tentative Lion primary model. My sorting was validated, even if there was the very surprising Lion in there. And the best thing about all of it is that the blog made the sorting make more sense.
Iām not a Snake primary just because Iām ambitious or cunning, as those arenāt my most defining traits. Iām a Snake primary because my morals come from within and Iām loyal to the people I choose to be loyal to. Iām a Snake primary because those morals go out the window when someone hurts me and mine, and the only reason I donāt act on my more vicious impulses is my multifaceted fear of prison. Iām a Snake primary, and possibly a lion model, because my family has explicitly told me to stay away from people who have hurt me and mine because they know my wrath will get me in trouble if Iām not careful, because itās gotten me in trouble before. Iām a Snake primary because I have empathy for the suffering in the world, but I know thereās not much I can do about it, and while I feel bad for not being able to do more, I donāt feel too bad about not overextending myself when I need to save my energy to keep my own head above water.
Iām a Bird secondary because I research eeeeeeverything, get stuck on certain topics for long periods of time, and love a plan. Why do I know the origin of the F-word or that Stalin had a cannibal island? Because I can. Why do spreadsheets make me happy? Because theyāre orderly. I can improvise if a plan goes south, but I donāt like to, and Iāll stumble over myself while my brain cobbles together a new track to take.Ā
It was really cool to have this sorting quiz validate myĀ āhatstallā idea about myself with way better terminology. Now to find more Snake/Birds in media that I actually like more than the Lion/Badgers (such a difficult process).
I get the impression that you might be a Jack Skellington person. Heās a Snake Bird (with slightly defensive Lion primary model too.)Ā
Hiya! Quick question for you - I'm autistic and so the social part of any secondary doesnt make sense to me, do you have any information about the non social aspects? Thank you!
Snake: improvisational & circumventing (aka situational)
When you need something done, you look around at what you have to work with. Then you take what's there and you look for shortcuts or other ways around the problem. If it doesn't doesn't work, you tweak what you're doing, or change your approach altogether and use something else that's lying around. Because what's there is seldom what you usually use to accomplish a task, you end up using things in weird ways. I cleaned a watering can on the inside with a rag and a fork once, or fished out something that had fallen under my cupboard with an umbrella. You don't mind surprises. You find yourself reacting to them without thinking. Generally, you don't like plans or schedules, but in some situations preparing a little is just good sense (storage bunker snake).
[Multiplayer: +fluid]
Bird: circumventing (aka situational) & built (aka foundational)
When you need something done, you look at the situation from a distance. Then you take the skills and tools you brought with you and look for shortcuts or other ways around the problem. If it doesn't work, you tweak what you are doing, or change your approach altogether and look at what else you have in your kit that will get it done. Because you want to be prepared for a lot of different situations, you will probably collect skills and tools in advance as best you can. Making plans helps you choose what tools to bring to the situation, or what skills to learn in advance. Generally you don't like surprises because you couldn't prepare for them, and it might take you a moment to react. But if you are in a situation you know well, you don't mind so much because you already know what needs to be done (rapid fire bird).
[Multiplayer: +solid]
Badger: built (aka foundational) & straightforward (aka inspirational)
When you need something done, you look for something that will work in any situation, always. Skills can be learned and forgotten, tools can be collected and discarded; the one thing you have found to be true no matter what is to just do what needs to be done. Finding shortcuts feels like cheating yourself out of an opportunity to understand something from the ground up and make it your own, step by step. Because your work is slow and steady and constant, you don't generally like surprises. They divert your time and energy in a random direction that has nothing to do with what you are working on. But if you already have a solid foundation of knowledge and experience and your conviction is strong, you don't mind so much. You find that the work you have already done has prepared you well, and you adapt the surprise into what you already now.
[Multiplayer: +fluid]
Lion: straightforward (aka inspirational) & improvisational
When you need something done, you look around at what you have to work with. Then you take what's there and use it to just do what needs to be done. Skills can be learned and forgotten, tools are a temporary means to an end; the one thing you have found to be true no matter what is that if you stay true to who you are, you can solve any problem. If it doesn't work, you haven't tried hard enough. You don't need shortcuts because you have already chosen the easiest method anyway. Because your conviction is strong, you feel like you have failed to do what needs to be done if you are forced to do it another way. You don't mind surprises. Except for providing you with a temporary challenge, they have little influence on how you do things.
[Multiplayer: +solid]
Do you have examples of Lion secondaries lying? I get that they "believe the lie," but how you can believe the lie if you know you're lying
Any chance youāve seen Sing? For most of the movie, Buster Moon (Snake/Lion) lies about having the prize money for the singing competition. But in his mind, thereās no question that the show will make the money. The money is as good as there in that locked box. To paraphrase another Lion Secondary, it was true from a certain point of view. And yes, that quote was from Obi-Wan Kenobi, who lied about Anakin being dead but believed 100% that all the good things that made up the man he loved as Anakin were gone forever or, in other words, dead.
You can also find fictional Lions who lie while not believing it because the writing usually emphasizes how bad they are at it. This isnāt that they have a moral objection to the lying; itās that Lions are unpracticed in the act of consciously altering how they present things. If the author wants drama, theyāll show how stressed the Lion gets trying to keep up the charade. If the author wants comedy, theyāll have the Lion lie in a silly, transparent way, or theyāll have the Lion keep piling on the lies until it reaches the point of ridiculousness.
Iāve always loved how Parker, the Lion secondary of Leverage lies. Because EITHER she has to literally be coached through an earpiece. (I love how Sophie will tell her to think of specific things in order to paint the right expression on her face.)Ā
OR she plays a version of herself, turned up or turned down. The Bjork-esque pop star WAS Parker, just with all of Parkerās eccentricities turned up to eleven. Alice is Parker, just mellower and milder. And you can tell, because Parker continues to treat the friends she makes as Alice as her friends.
a little aro design
when w. h. auden saidĀ āevil is unspectacular and always humanā and ursula k. leguin saidĀ āthis is the great treason of the artist: a refusal to admit the banality of evil and the terrible boredom of painā
when toni morrison saidĀ āi just think goodness is more interesting. evil is constant. you can think of different ways to murder people, but you can do that at age five. but you have to be an adult to consciously, deliberately be good ā and thatās complicated.ā
when simone weil said āimaginary evil is romantic and varied; real evil is gloomy, monotonous, barren, boring. imaginary good is boring; real good is always new, marvelous, intoxicating.ā
when hannah arendt said ā[Adolf Eichmann of the SS] was genuinely incapable of uttering a single sentence that was not a cliché⦠the judges were right when they finally told the accused that all he had said was āempty talkā - except that they thought the emptiness was feigned. this supposition seems refuted by the striking consistency with which Eichmann, despite his rather bad memory, repeated word for word the same stock phrases⦠the longer one listened to him, the more obvious it became that his inability to speak was closely connected with an inability to think.ā

& bonus fuckery:
hey paint, so i canāt figure out if this sounds bird or burned lion. i feel like my perspectives and opinions are always changing (but i feel like thatās how it is for everyone?), how i feel about things, and im always arguing with myself, which i feel like sounds kind of bird? but i never know what i truly want, and itās exhausting. im indecisive, to the point where i can never choose or act on things on my own, im always turning to the other people. i wish so much that i could just be a person who knows (or thinks they know) who they are, but i just have this fear that iām not as self aware as i think i am (which iām probably not), so iām constantly second guessing myself. for this reason i can never figure out my sorting, and i can see myself in all of them. i have a feeling that iāll never figure it out (or anything really), which drives me crazy, but i feel like iāll never feel sure of myself, so it only feels right to keep questioning??? like i have this weird relationship with my indecisive-ness where i hate it but at the same time feel like i wouldnāt be who i am without it.
Sounds like Exploded Bird, especially that last part. Bird primaries identify hard with our systems and our decison making--even if all we have is a lack of ability to decide, and a system we're constantly questioning (in a much more stressed-out way than the normal Bird questioning, in this case).
Exploded Birds happen when something in the system building process has gone haywire. Either you stop taking in new information, and you end up stuck on one version of your system... or you only take in new information because you never feel like you've come to good, stable conclusions.
It's a bit different from (but not mutually exclusive with) Burned Bird; that's when
your system breaks down and you can't replace it
you've lost hope and trust in yourself that you could make a good system
you believe that good system-building is universally impossible for some reason (maybe you think reality is too chaotic/subjective/etc) and you're not ok
you believe your personal ability to perceive reality is wrong somehow (Birdpris are notoriously vulnerable to gaslighting)
I'm sure there are others.
You sound more Exploded than Burned, it seems like you haven't given up on yourself yet--you're just stuck on this idea that you need more information. It's an easy trap to fall into.
You do say you worry that you're "not as self aware as [you] think [you are]" though. That could be an early sign of Burning.
The trick with both of these is, you don't have to have a shiny completed system RIGHT NOW, and it's okay to still be learning more about yourself as you go along too. Make some decisions. Make some mistakes. It's not hypocritical to change your mind or to grow as a person. It'd be much worse if you thought you'd stopped growing and changing!
It's a very Bird thing to think, "but if my system is ever flawed, then that means I am flawed, as a person! Panic!"
Well, your system is going to be flawed and so are you, because you're a person. But you don't have to identify with it this closely. Especially when it doesn't feel stable. You aren't your system; you're the person behind the system, who's doing their best and reconstructing it as they learn and grow.
Or, if you prefer, you are still a work in progress, and it's okay if you're a messy first draft. So is everyone else. Our messiness doesn't make us unworthy; it makes us human.
YES. Iāve got people in my phone as āAndy Workā 'Andy Comic Storeā 'Andy Emilys BFā and 'Girl Andy.ā That is exactly the same as 'John Smithā 'John Lakeā 'John Williamsonā 'John Little.ā
If anyone is curious how a snake sec works a group, let me tell you about my latest group of co-workers I'm teaching. I'm on day 4 of 5, and I think I cracked pretty much every one of them by now. There are 19 co-workers and a kind of backup teacher, so 20 persons total.
The pendantic ones, who like to point out mistakes and throw laws at you are easy. You need a solid structure to your training and an air of competence. Don't joke around and detour too much in the beginning, stay on point, and agree to change whatever minor mistakes they've found (even if you don't intend to do so). Answer their questions straight and to the point with clear, concise statements you can back up with facts if necessary. If you don't know something, say so, research it and give the answer at a later date. You can say that their question will be answered later if it doesn't fit the current topic, but don't forget it. If you know you will forget, tell them to remind you at a specific time.
Use the ones who are overconfident. If they can back it up, you have a helper, if they can't, they get humiliated by their own overconfidence in front of the group and realise their boundaries. If they can back it up, still keep them in check: ask them a question they cannot know the answer to, watch them make something up, then gently (or not so gently) prove them wrong in front of the group. Don't be a dick about it, though. They need boundaries and to respect your expertise, they don't need to get crushed.
With those who are (too) eager to please and tend to speak over others and hog your time, enforce the rules. If they interrupted others, interrupt them yourself and insist on letting the other person finish first. If it is a rule, insist on a show of hands every time they try to talk out of turn. To stop them from hogging the spotlight, don't ask for volunteers when you are giving solutions for worksheets, just go down the row so that everyone has to take a turn. Enforce boundaries by not being there for them in your breaks, not answering questions in private chats right away, etc. Again, don't be a dick about it, just don't encourage them.
The jovial ones need a bit of smalltalk or chit chat now and then. Start when you're doing introductions: ask one or two questions of each of group member, point out similarities to others in the group, etc. If you have a co-teacher, joke around with them from time to time. Keep it contained, though, or you loose the more straightforward people in the group. No more than 5 minutes after a break is a good rule of thumb. Laugh at yourself, gently tease the more outgoing members if you know they can take it, tell small personal facts and stories now and then, get involved in their conversations from time to time.
You can leave the quiet ones alone for the most part. Test them from time to time by asking them something directly, and when they do speak up, listen, engage, and if necessary shut others up to give them the room they need. If they message you via private chats, answer immediately if you can.
Essentially, there are opportunities to get every type of person on your side sooner or later. Take every one of them, but don't overdo any of it so you don't loose other parts of the group. Straightforward people can tolerate chit chat now and then, but not all the time. Jovial people don't mind clear and concise answers. Everyone else is thankful when overconfident people and attention seekers are shown boundaries, and they themselves don't mind it if you're not a dick about it. Quiet people often ask really good questions if they do speak, etc. It's a balancing act, and it's a lot of fun when it works out.
It's quite stressful, too, and it takes a lot of energy. So if I don't have them at the end of day 2, chances of success go down because I'm getting tired. But if I got them on my side, their positive mentality towards me and each other reinforces itself. They forgive me small lapses in any direction that happen when I'm tired, they overlook slight insecurities, they offer solutions themselves, and volunteer further information and experiences if they have any. It's a good feeling.
rb with your red flags for fanfics like no matter how good the premise is or how many kudos it has, you simply cannot read it based on these factors
- Epithets.Ā āThe blondeā āthe taller manāĀ āthe detective.āĀ Unless itās a very specific stylistic thing - I could see an alien thinking of someone asĀ āthe dark haired humanā - I see this as a sign of a writer who canāt juggle their pronouns, thatās just not a great sign. Just use the characterās name, itās *okay.*
- Thesaurus Disease. I think you have to earn words likeĀ ālimningāĀ āeffulgentā orĀ āsaturnine.ā That requires build up, and a certain amount of established trust. If you just bang those into your first couple paragraphs, Iām going to assume youāve got a thesaurus in another tab that you think you need to use in order to make your writing sound smart and sophisticated. (when you really, really donāt.)Ā
- āSummaryā Fics. Basically, someone has an idea for an AU or a story, and either doesnāt know how to write it, or wants to get to one specific part - so everything just happens *really* fast and thereās very little characterization.Ā
- Grammar/spelling problems in the summary. In the fic itself Iām a lot more forgiving, but like.. the summary.
- Fic starts off with a blurb/voice-over exposition āTen years ago, a gigantic wave flooded Australia, revealing Atlantisā¦ā Iāll keep going⦠but itās on thin ice. Ideally, that info should be integrated into the story somehow, and taking the easiest, least interesting way⦠doesnāt give me super high hopes. At least make it into a snippet from an in-universe textbook, or a song or something. Show me that you thought about this.
- Long description of the main character in the first couple paragraphsĀ You almost certainly donāt need it. Also, because this is fan fiction, I do presumably know what all these guys look like.Ā
- Using character names in dialogue. Again, unless itās a specific character thing. Venom says āEddieā a lot in dialog, Cas says āDeanā and it makes them both sound a little alien. Actually saying the name of the person youāre talking to while talkingĀ to them is rare, and a pretty intense kind of emphasis. If the dialog is putting character names everywhere as a normal thing, itās probably not going to be the best.
- (okay I know this is just a me thing)Ā But if youāre writing a historical AU⦠and youāve got a character with a non-period name⦠you gotta write around that somehow. Make up a reason why theyāve got a weird name. Make it a nickname. Change it slightly. Only refer to them by their last name. Do *something.* It will absolutely shatter my suspension of disbelief if youāve got some lady running around Medieval France or Victorian England with the given nameĀ āKelsey.ā If Iām reading a historical AU, Iām looking for ABSURD levels of research, and this is the litmus test.
bird primary (snake system) + snake secondary (bird model, badger model, lion performance)
So, first things first: Iām fairly sure my houses (primary or secondary or maybe even both) are pretty heavily charred. The sorting hat chat quiz sends me away with a different result each time, and I can kind of relate to all the houses. I was thinking I might do this sort me post by talking about what I find confusing about the categories, I think it might be more helpful than just talking about myself.Ā Iām also not neurotypical (thereās a good chance no-one in my family is), and I think my ADHD and (potentially, itās under investigation) autism might be messing with my ability to figure out my secondary. Impulsivity, executive dysfunctionā¦. Not necessarily helpful.
Thatās a neat way of approaching things. I like it.
~ PRIMARIES ~
[Initial note: after reading a bunch of sorts and some of the stuff on the new sorting hat chats Tumblr, Iāve decided that primaries are functionally to do with the the concept of eudaimonia (philosophical contentment/the good life): what does character or person X require/feel is required to live a good life. Eg: a cause, people to be loyal to, a community, or a constructed system/truth. This affects what Iāll say/how Iāll say it below.]
I would completely agree with this statement, and we love Aristotle over here.Ā
The one primary Iāve decided Iām (probably?) not is bird.Ā
Iām totally listening and everything, but I can tell by your username that youāre a Discworld fan, and all the really big Discworld fans that I know are Bird primaries. Also your methodology so far seems pretty Bird. Like, youāre not just emotionally describing your life (the way a Lion would) youāre interrogating every step of the system I am presenting you with, and coming back with the bits you find confusing?Ā
(also my readers wonāt be able to tell, but this is the second draft of your submission.)
My opinions and views tend to be very internal: I check them against the outside world to see what can be backed up in an argument
This just⦠a very bird primary statement. Obviously everything gets filtered though you, but youāre consciously pulling things in from external sources.Ā
but Iām not all that good at changing my mind.Ā
Iām not sure if anyone is amazing at that. But itās something that is especially⦠embarrassing, or even disturbing, for Idealist primaries.Ā
I also just donāt have much faith in the idea of creating āsystemsā through which to understand the world/ethics, or in the concept of a ātruth.āĀ Iām wary of the idea that humans are capable of rationality outside very selective and artificial parameters like maths: especially in the field of ethics, most attempts at detached rationality that Iāve read seem intellectually dishonest.
Iām starting to think that you are such a *deep* Bird, that you are reading all the primaries as different flavors of bird, and when you do thatĀ ābirdā comes out as simplified and Spock-like. You are literally working out a worldview here. Itās not a worldview based inĀ ārationality,ā and I support that completely. Anyone who believes themselves entirely rational or without bias is coming from a place of hubris. But this is still a worldview that you haveĀ consciously generated, and that is the important part when it comes to this system.Ā
ā¦or hypocritical at best.Ā
Iām going on patterns here, because thatās all I can do. No one likes hypocrites. But Birds HATE hypocrites.Ā
Keep reading
Could a very loud Primary ( all of them or only certains ? ) influence your Secondary to the point you canāt really tell what it is ?
Sure, that's pretty common. Idealists especially can have such *loud* primaries that sometimes it's not immediately clear what their problem solving methods even are.
Hey! I have a question if you donāt mind: how much do you think can acurrately be inferred about a person just based on their sorting? Kind of like reverse-sorting, I guess?
One of the things that became really obvious when I started sorting real people vs characters is that real people are a lot more complicated. Characters are lucky if they get one model, or one Burnt/Exploded house. Real people just have stacks of them. I've sorted 79 people at this point, and I have two perfectly matching pairs. And I'm not even sure if I should count one of them, because even though they're both Burnt Lion secondaries with Badger & Bird secondary models, they might have totally different primaries.
While I do think there is a sort of ~ archetypal core ~ to each combination that gives them a unique vibe, that core can be taken in so many different directions, and layered with so many additions, that if I have just a person's core sorting and no other information - I'm not going to be able to tell you much.
(this is also why I don't answer questions that are like "Would a Snake Lion and a Lion Bird be a good couple.")
