Here's the countdown post to lead up to the openaskbox event/stream on saturday!

Openaskbox streams happen when i get to the bottom of my request inbox and need to refill it again!

For these events, the askbox will open for the first time in months and everyone gets a chance to yeet up to three free requests my way. There’s a few rules you gotta follow for your request to be considered (only shitposts/no serious, no bigotry/assholery, keep the 75 max character count in mind, try to avoid dupes), and I'll elucidate further on these guidelines on the day-of post  

I will endeavour to write as many requests as I can during the event (which lasts around 6-8 hours) live on stream so people can hang out, chat, ask about calligraphy and the like whilst listening to some tunes. 

You can still pay me to write cards, but since I'll be frantically trying to get askbox cards done I up the price to five bucks a card if you'd like something written live. If your subscription to the channel renews, your free request get shunted to sunday

When stream time’s up, the askbox will close again and I’ll use the remaining hundreds of unanswered asks to fuel my regular 4 posts/day card posting schedule until the next time we run dry. 

After stream I'll spend a bunch of time filling my to-write document so there'll be a bunch of dashspam, then on sunday there'll be the usual 3pm calligraphy stream to get the next week's worth written.
