A little clingy ➙ “You’re so fucking adorable”
You rolled onto your back gazing over at Noah, who’s had slipped from your waist onto your bare stomach as his eyes fluttered.
You ran your fingers through his hair as he sleepily buried his head into you chest with a small sigh.
“Morning” you cooed at him and he mumbled a reply as his hand traced small circles onto your bare hip.
You layed there for a while, his hand moving from your hip, up to your side and to your abdomen, spreading warmth where his hands moved. You figured this was him trying to stay awake.
“Come on babe, I gotta get up”
“Do you have to” He muffled out, still pressed against your chest.
“Yeah, you know Lana’s coming over” you reminded him softly, getting a pout out from him “We were going shopping then maybe grab some lunch after” you continued, one of your hands going to traces his pouted out lip with a small smile.
“What about me” he asked, snuggling closer into you. “Today’s the only day I have off, don’t you wanna stay in”
You nodded your head “ ‘course I do babe, we just made these plans weeks ago. I can’t cancel on her last minute” you said while your hand went down the back on his neck and made it’s way to scratching his back. “We can spend tonight together? And tomorrow, till you get called in for work” you tried.
You knew he was a little upset when you didn’t get a response from him and when you felt his grip lossen as you pulled away from him, placing a kiss to the top of his head before ruffling his messy hair and making your way to get yourself ready for the day.
You walked into the kitchen and found Noah sitting on the island, legs crossed with a bowl of cereal in hand. You pouted when you saw him still in his sweats and no shirt.
“Is this your plan for the day” you asked walking over to him and taking a seat at the stool.
He nodded his head “Yeah, till you get back” he said with a shrug of his shoulders.
“well do you want me to get you anything”
“No, just don’t be too long” he responded with a smile, leaning down to peck your puckered out lips
“Be careful” he yelled after you, which you responded with blowing him a quick kiss.
Throughout your date with Lana, you couldn’t help from thinking of Noah. You kept checking in on him, he just seemed so tierd
“You okay baby??” You texted him.
That was it, you apologized to Lana for cutting the day short, gave her a hug and a kiss and were on your way home.
“Noah” you called out as you walked into the living room, where you thought he was.
“In the bedroom” he called back
You made your way up and into the bedroom finding him sprawled out on the bed, dressed the exact same way you left him a few hours ago, Except with his hair a little more messy.
“You’re back early” he mumbled with his arms open
You gave him a smile and crawled into his arms which he immediately wrapped around you and you felt his lips at your temple.
“Well I missed you too much” you admitted “couldn’t stop thinking ‘bout you” placing a kiss to the base of his neck “you okay, it’s just, you’re not usually so-“ you mumbled against his neck letting the sentence hang. It true, he’s not usually this clingy.
“No I’m good, I just miss you too much. Thought we could spend some time together”
You smiled while things went silent for a minute, his fingers twirling the ends of your hair
“We still have the rest of the day love, anything you want to do” you declared
“I just wanna have dinner with you” He said bashfully
“Just dinner” you questioned softly
“Just dinner” he retorted, pulling you even closer to his bare chest
“You’re so fucking adorable”
