Ah, was we are doing Gortash Week this week, I still have to say, that me developing the obsession with this character is kinda fun, because it came pretty much entirely out of spite. I will remind you: in my stuff Gortash originally just survived because I did an alternate ending for the Karlach questline based around the thought: "Well, the better written companions end their plotlines on a need vs want question, where they want to do one thing, but they need to do something else for their own benefit." And it felt like it would fit the theme to have Karlach decide between "getting her revenge" and "getting to live by having Gortash fix her engine". And then I mostly wrote one story about my Tav - because that is the kind of person he is - being nice to Gortash and trying to be helpful, and Gortash being annoyed about it. But that was it. At least originally.

But then someone got really fucking annoying about this, and how horrible my Tav is for being nice to Gortash and how this means he is not a friend to Karlach, and also how it means I hate victims. Somehow.

And it really got me into: "Fuck you, I am not writing a fucking redemption story about that guy!"

So, yeah. People can annoy me into writing 200k fanfic projects just out of spite.

There really aren’t any rules here about how to respond to prompts. They’re meant to inspire your creativity, so whatever you’re inspired to create is welcome! As Kevin and his partner Aupkux rest in a cave, the female Na'vi said to him, "Kevin, since we are getting close, can we share a memory of our childhood to each other?" Kevin was a bit nervous at first before he answer to Aupkux, "Sure. There are going to be things in my past that are going to be weird to you, Aupkux." and she soon make them both undergo Tsaheylu where Aupkux see Kevin's memories that he work on a farm as a boy which teach him how hard work pay off while Kevin see Aupkux's childhood memory of her riding a direhorse for the first time with her father as the rider.

Alternate Universe takes on our favorite stories—be they shows or books we love, or tales of our creation—can be a delightfully fun way to explore what makes those stories tick, what makes those characters who they are, and what in them is important to why we enjoy them.

TRIFORCE EVENT PROMPTS ✧˖°. 2026

Hey all! I have finally returned to the event idea I wanted to do back in 2024 and made it a reality! :) Get ready for the TRIFORCE EVENT! Want to know more? Read below!

The Triforce Event is a three-week event of prompts focused on helping creators flesh out or develop ideas with their TLOZ OCs (including OC Links, Zeldas, Ganons, etc). Each week will be themed after a different aspect of the story: Wisdom as Story, Power as Gameplay, and Courage as Characters. Wisdom will run from August 1st to 7th, Power from 8th to 14th, and Courage from 15th to 21st. Prompts can be followed as loosely as desired, and you do not have to participate in every single one! Prompts are here to encourage creativity, don't let them stifle it. However, we (yes, we!) have to ask that everything is SFW. There will be an ao3 collection (more info on that closer to August), and only SFW entries will be accepted into it. Besides ao3, this event is going to be hosted here on Tumblr, but you are free to post your creations on other socials as well. Formatting will be a little different this time from the Light & Time Event, in hopes of improving the experience for everyone involved. This time, there will be multiple moderators to make sure things go smoothly.
