Thanks.I'll always respect his boundaries because he's been good to me since we've met and that's been five years ago.He never let me down in anyway.He has to do time so his mind is already all over the place and I know he loves me and would do/has done anything for me.I don't want to scare him off by not respecting what he wants.Even though he said that'll never happen because he knows I mean well.But who knows what the future holds?We'll always be in each others lives and maybe one day,we'll get another chance at us...but for now,we gotta do what we need to do for our selves.

This was my last painting from 2019, which I mostly created during my “Art n Medicine Retreat” at @katari.ayahuasca.center in the rainforest of Peru. The title of the piece is “Surrender to the Flow” which is an important lesson the medicine always gives me, in middle of it’s intense process of activation. This message was also an important one to be able to effectively surf through 2020. It’s crazy how much my life has changed in the half year since then. Sometimes it’s hard to know when it’s a time to fight for what you want and a time to simply surrender and allow the universe to do with you as it will. The Buddha reminds us that the root of suffering is desire. It’s natural to want something and even to love, but you can’t force a certain destiny which presents too much resistance. Sometimes you just got to loosen your grip, let go and allow what is meant to be. If we trust in the divine, all will be blessings, no matter the expectations. Rainbows

I was raised to see the world in black and white. And to acknowledge the shades of grey But as I grew older I realized that we live in a world full of color. The world is not monochrome It is a psychedelic spectrum of color With people who are mix of every color that comes to imagination Each one born with their own different hues and shades.

I envy the people who can still see in black and white It was easier to trade out people like trading cards just because they just weren’t ‘right’ It was easier to become friends with the piranha that was gnawing at your self-worth than rather be friends with the people who you grew up to believe we’re the monsters under your bed. After I got to a certain age, I started inviting the monsters up to have a tea. I learned their stories, and realized that the same monsters living in my head were best friends with everyone else’s demons

No one chose to be born Many of us were the culminations of a beer and bad decisions While others bear the weight of being planned and chosen to live a life that was already paved out for them before they even had eyes to see what was coming. None of us chose to be here Many of us chose to take exit early, stage left Closing the curtain because they never asked to be part of the show. Then there are those who are still standing at the polling station watching debates over whether or not it’s even worth staying.

I’ve known so many stay in the closet out of fear for so long that it became their second apartment. Only to forget that some of us were also born on the planet krypton Thus we could also see through walls But it only gave us more reason to wait for you outside holding up signs that read: WE KNOW and WE STILL LOVE YOU

I’ve met so many people who were the definition of “morally objectionable” Only to find them to be the most unobjectionable people possible. I’ve known people who were called “good influences” only for them to drag me down lower than I already was. We live in a world that is a modern day Wonderland with everything topsy turvy and upside down Where angels are the ones who hurt us And devils offers us acceptance and love Gender is no longer binary Sexuality is no longer finite Rainbow is not just the color of LGBTQIA It is the spectrum of the world We are a world of colors That shape endless possibilities That weave into the constellations and beauty we call the universe.
